The gentle burble of the artificial waterfall, the soothing colour palette, and the colourful oil paintings lend Cascade a charm apropos of an establishment housed inside a Radisson hotel. Cascade is open round the clock; however, the a la carte selection changes through the day -- from breakfast to all-day dining to a limited midnight selection. The emphasis is on quick and easy popular eats. You would not get a Benedict or a Florentine here, but you will get 'Omelette' or 'Poached Eggs'. The a la carte selection features a Kids Menu. The a la carte selection is adequate for hotel guests, but does not offer too many reasons for others to visit. The buffet, on the other hand, is quite popular with the corporate crowd. The emphasis on popular and simple food continues to the buffet spread also. Buffet is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food at Cascade won’t make you go ‘wow’, but it won’t leave you with a frown either.
