Chama Gaucha means “passion of the South American cowboys” in Brazilian language. The rooftop restaurant located next to the swimming pool at Radisson Hitech City serves predominantly Brazilian as well as some Mexican dishes. A churrascaria or Brazilian grill has been installed in the open kitchen dishing out some exquisite South American style barbequed food. A number of South American cocktails is another attraction in this place which is open only in the evening. 'Crisp Potato Skins' stuffed with spinach and artichoke and 'Chipotle Chicken Wings' are some good dishes to go with your drinks. 'Coxa De Frango' or Brazilian style chicken hand rubbed with spices is popular with the customers. From the Mexican section, 'Yucatan Roast Chicken' is my pick. I love their complimentary 'Bread Platter' served on the table, it has 3 variations – Cheese, Coconut, and Chilli based. The meat from the Brazilian grills is usually served rare, in case you want it softer you need to indicate while ordering.
