Clever Fox Café is the modest café and restaurant at Red Fox Hotels – Lemon Tree’s economical sibling. The dining hall is nondescript but spacious. Sporting events are broadcasted live on television panels and there is a sit out area as well as a pool table. This is a property that primarily caters to in-house guests. There is a sizeable a la carte selection for breakfast and all-day diner that sticks to the basics and gets them right. Since most diners opt for the buffet, a la carte orders usually involve a fair bit of waiting. Clever Fox Café also feels understaffed and service dips significantly if the restaurant is busy. A la carte orders typically take well over half an hour to arrive. In the meanwhile, you can hang around at the pool table.
This restaurant has got good unique style of fooding and will give you great taste of food and will hit your tongue right away.
Food serviced in the cafe was very healthy and tasty. Service of the cafe was excellent and special thanks to Arjun, Sushma, Ashish who took good care of us. We will visit again 😊
I had a opportunity to taste the great food at Clever fox cafe during my 1 week stay at Red fox hotel in Hyderabad. Special mention to Chef Jagat for his individual attention to every customer at the restaurant and for serving the special recipes ( Likki chat chouka (a Bihar local cuisine) & Karela bharua (Stuffed Karela with a spicy grounded mixture). Overall it was a great food experience with a comfortable stay. I'm definitely coming back here on my next trip to Hyderabad. This hotel & it's restaurant is highly recommended to all business & leisure travellers visiting Hyderabad and looking for a budget friendly hotel in Hi-Tech city.
I had a real pathetic experience with their in-room dining. On the first day of my stay, I ordered something else (stir fried vegetables) and got something else (manchurian). On top of that, the person on the call tried to explain me how stir friend was equal to manchurian ! On day 2, half of my order was not delivered in the first go. So basically I ate the salad much later after I had eaten my food. On all my days, I had to tell them to deliver cutlery for 2 people since there were 2 people in the room. Most times the cutlery would come by the time we were done with the dinner. These are basic issues and while an error on one day can be a coincidence, it is certainly not a pleasant experience if it happens every night of your stay. The spread is also not exhaustive for dinner, needs to include more variety of food for the north indians.
The buffet breakfast was good, though the choices were less, but good quality. Try their live eggs to order counter
