Very very slow service.
Nothing is available starting from snacks till dessert.
They are not able to manage properly and very less staff.
Chicken was not cooked properly.
Staters are that slow so my husband started eating main course without eating properly snacks.
Also no snack items they are able to repeat due to lack of service.
When after Waiting for snacks I went for main course, that too finished and it didn't refill almost fir 1 hour.
No one is there near dessert and nothing is hot.
For overall live counter only one person was present who is preparing pasta,keema, pizza,chat , golgappe everything so you can understand.

Overall very bad experience, it really spoiled my precious time with my family and my holiday.
All time I was fighting for getting food instead of enjoying.
May be on weekdays if crowd is less it will be manageable for them but I just shared my experience from today(26th january holiday lunch).

This is the most pathetic restaurant in probably all of Hyderabad.
1. Half the stalls were empty with no food. At 1pm. On a Saturday.
2. They served stale chicken biryani, probably left over from previous night. NO CHICKEN IN CHICKEN BIRYANI. Great.
3. Dessert stalls were Empty.
4. No drink included in buffet price. Fine. Ordered thums up. Were told no BLACK drinks are available. Fine. Ordered Sprite. Comes with salted lemon soda after 20 minutes.?
5. All salad bowls were left overs from previous night.
6. The chaat/mediterranean counters were UNMANNED. Asked for pani puri. Said 10 minutes. Again asked after 10 more minutes. Said wait some more time. That damn thing never came.
7. Asked to speak with the manager. He NEVER CAME.
8. By now, the whole family lost appetite and asked for a bill. The waiter brings it. With a 175 RUPEE SERVICE CHARGE. ILLEGAL. Asked to get it removed.

9. This franchise restaurant clearly is not running well, and they are clearly cutting corners with the food quality. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. Save your health and money! This buffet is not worth even 300/-.

Disappointing Buffet Experience at "Flechazo Buffet Restaurant & Banquets, Miyapur"

"Drinks are not part of the buffet, required to buy separately!!!"

My recent lunch buffet experience was quite a letdown. The quality of the food was noticeably subpar, far from what one would expect.

Many of the dishes seemed to have been sitting out for too long, losing their freshness and appeal.

The live counters were especially disappointing, with slow service and unappetizing preparations. It felt like they were cutting corners everywhere.

The variety was also quite limited, and several promised items were simply unavailable.

Honestly, the whole setup lacked proper hygiene and maintenance. It's a shame, as I had higher hopes.

They seriously need to pull up their socks and focus on customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend it.
