Heart Cup Coffee

Heart Cup Coffee is a cafe in Kondapur, Hyderabad serving Asian, beverages and Continental. Known for coffee and desserts; ideal for coffee catch-ups and casual meals.

Visited this cafe in the afternoon, and right from the start the ambience stood out. The place is very aesthetic and gives really cool, relaxed vibes.

The outdoor seating is beautifully done with hut-style arrangements surrounded by greenery — perfect to chill and relax. Inside seating is semi-open, which also feels airy and pleasant. During our visit, soft and pleasant songs were playing, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Food we tried:
•	Alfredo Pasta – Tasted good with a nice creamy flavour. However, the white sauce could have been a little thicker, and proper veggies were missing.
•	Crispy Corn – Very hot and spicy! Prepared differently from the regular version and loaded with chillies. Recommended only if you really love spicy food.
•	Thai Chin Chicken – Quite disappointing. Expected something different in taste and presentation, but it felt very similar to Dragon Chicken, just priced higher. Taste was okayish and not impressive.

Alfredo Pasta - 3.5/5
Crispy Corn - 4/5
Tai Chin Chicken - 3/5

We visited Heart Cup Coffee, Kondapur for an early dinner recently, and overall, it turned out to be a mixed experience. The ambience and atmosphere were really nice — vibrant yet relaxed, perfect for a casual evening with friends or family. Since we went early, we got a proper table without any waiting, which was a good start.
However, the starters were quite disappointing, especially the non-veg ones. The Tawa fish tasted stale, the Loose prawns were chewy, and the Chicken coriander starter was just average — the chicken pieces were hard and not at all juicy. Even the Paneer starter didn’t impress. To make it worse, we had ordered two plates of each, thinking they’d be good, but it turned out to be a big mistake because we couldn’t finish most of it.
On the positive side, the Kaju fry, Crispy corn, and Peanut starters were actually quite good. They were well seasoned, fresh, and had a nice crunch. These few items definitely stood out.
The best part of the meal, though, was the main course. We ordered Dal Rice, Chicken Pulao, and Curd Rice, and all three were excellent — flavourful, comforting, and perfectly cooked. It really felt like the kitchen put more heart into the main course than the starters.
Service was okay overall, but there were a few moments where we really struggled to get the attention of the waiters.
In short, great ambience and tasty main course, but the starters need serious improvement. Choose your dishes wisely here!

This has been one of the worst places I’ve visited recently. The service is extremely poor and feels completely unorganized—there were barely one or two staff members available across the entire place to take orders or assist with anything.

The food was equally disappointing. The veg fried rice felt overloaded with dalda or ghee, the chicken sizzler was slightly undercooked and tasted very average, and the paneer tikka pizza had nothing but a strong sauce taste with no real flavor. Although the quantity was decent, everything lacked proper taste.

Overall, it was a complete waste of money and time. I won’t be visiting this place again and would strongly advise others not to waste their time here either.

I loved the food ❤️ thank god I didn’t believe in negative reviews and took a risk to visit this place ❤️ loved coriander Cajun chicken and Alfredo pasta

Stopped by this cafe and bar - The Heart Cup Coffee at Kondapur and honestly had quite a good time. The food was tasty and nicely done, the outdoor seating felt relaxing, and the music set the mood just right. A cozy spot I’d happily return to for a laid-back evening.

Visited Heart Cup Coffee, Kondapur ☕✨ Had loose prawns, chicken tikka, pizza, and a pineapple smoothie — everything was amazing! Loved the vibe and the atmosphere ??

Based on the food we had today-
The french fries was the priciest i had till date, 450 bucks for a handful of fries. Highly disappointed with the deliberate treachery.
They have a "special" oktoberfest menu, which doesn't apply in the GIRF discounts. We still ordered 'Wing and Cheese bake", name is misleading as there are no wings in it. As per the description, its supposed to be creamy mac with chicken and ranch drizzle. The only thing in the description that was in the dish was chicken. It was a penne pasta (no macaroni) without any ranch drizzle and it was a scam. Highly disappointed with the way they fool customers with catchy names and not backing it up.
Strawberry smoothie, i assume the preparer has no differentiation between a smoothie and milkshake as what we got was a milkshake.
Overall, except for the service and ambience which was satisfactory this visit should have been avoided by us.

Worst service ever
I like to discuss with the whoever manager but @ the time no one is a avilable.

We ordered some starters , they served it very improperly.

While ordering the dishes waiter is asking how u pay , how much offer u applied for , it's none of his business how I pay before ordering, but i make an order without questioning him.
He served it in a single plate , I waited for sometime but no one is attended.
