Rubaiyat’s vegetarian repertoire goes beyond Paneer and features interesting dishes such as 'Dakhani Saag Motia', 'Bhindi Singhara', and 'Martaban ka Chara Aloo'. Many of the non-vegetarian dishes also have vegetarian interpretations, such as 'Zimikand ki Gilawat' and 'Ghee Roast Paneer'
• The dessert selection boasts of several classics presented in a more photogenic avatar as well as modern re-interpretations of some of the classics. The 'Smoked Jauzi Halwa' inspired by Hameedi’s is an Ohri’s signature
