Yesterday, I took 1kg Choco Blackforest cake. Cake is very bad taste..It seems like expired one.
This is very very very bad ?  bad experience from your team.

We ordered a Lotus biscoff cake from Zomato on a special occasion and the cake fulfilled its part in ruining it. We nowhere in the world felt like we’re having a cake from the so called one of the best bakers in the city.  We can easily say that the cake isn’t fresh and looks like hair strands are one of their special ingredients. Tried explaining the same to Zomato support and they came up with their most famous templates.

We have ordered a swiss truffle cake for a special occasion from zomato and we have received a stale cake… i would suggest not to order from this place for important occasions

We had a very bad experience today. We ordered cake for birthday and they have accepted our instructions too, after delivery we are surprised to see that they have sent us cake with NO NAME and instead sent anniversary note.

When I called the restaurant, owner abhinay is so rude telling us to celebrate with 5he cake, what if no name was there.

My god, such rude behaviour he has. Please do not order cakes especially from this Branch. Staff and owner both are KING OF CHEATERS

We ordered choclate black forest cake 1kg today for my son's birthday through swiggy...the cake was stale and spoiled.the cream on the cake has stale smell.please donot  order cake from here and spoil your health..they are selling spoiled cake through swiggy as we cannot see it before purchase..the whole party got ruined due to this spoiled cake..my kid ate a small piece of the cake and now I am very much worried about it..

Ordered Donuts combo and see how they were stuffed in the box. One donut with cream (white) is solid as rock. Chocolate is all over the place and my kid had to eat it like idly with Chutney. Four donuts were stuffed in one small box. Roadside samosa bandi will pack better than the Ohri's. Seems it is Fake Ohri's. Worst taste finally because the bread part is very stale and hard.

Ordered Choco chip brownie from Zomato and its so hard and cold and tasted bad... Its not fresh
