The swanky and spacious Ottimo’s interiors are inspired by a Trattoria but are chic and opulent enough to be apropos of ITC Kohenur. If you grab a seat in the al fresco section, you will be greeted with resplendent views of Durgam Cherevu and Hi-Tech City. However, I always opt to dine indoors, somewhere near the open kitchen, that acts as the focal point of the dining room. It is an absolute treat to watch the talented Chefs at Ottimo in action, especially when ITC’s Italian Master Chef Vittorio Greco is around to lead the team. The menu is not particularly expansive; however, it is refreshed periodically and is accompanied by a frequently changing selection of specials. 'Burrata Salad with Vine Tomato', 'Rabbit Ravioli', 'Australian Lamb Chops', and 'Bianca Pizza with Truffles' are some of the must-try dishes. The only niggle here is the service, which is not as attentive as what you would expect at a fine dine.
