The Thalis are a great way to explore the cuisine of these regions. The soup and dessert are usually something fairly mundane and common across the thalis; however, the other courses do not disappoint. From the simple 'Dal' to the tangy 'Royyala Pulusu' and the luxuriant 'Dum ka Murgh' and 'Lasooni Mahi Tikka', the food across the board is impressive. There are occasional missteps. The 'Haleem' felt hurried and the 'Kosha Mangsho' was more of a Mangsher Jhol. However, these are few and far in between.
