The biryani is tasty, but the quantity is less compared to the price. The Chinese dishes are also flavorful. The servers were polite and attentive. Overall, a good place if you are looking for a comfortable dining experience.

Visited Polar Bear in Kondapur – one of the best places for ice cream. We tried fruit chocolate on cream and hot chocolate, both were very tasty and worth it. The place gets crowded, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, so there’s usually a waiting period. The restaurant is very happening, hygienic, and also has a big parking space.

I recently visited Vaikuntapuram and had a pleasant dining experience. The taste of the food was quite good, with well-balanced flavors that left a positive impression. The ambiance was truly impressive — warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed meal. While the menu offers a decent selection, I felt the variety could be improved to cater to more diverse preferences. Overall, it's a nice spot for a satisfying meal, especially if you're looking for great vibes and flavorful dishes.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience , Complete Waste of Money
We had an awful dining experience at this restaurant. It honestly felt like a complete waste of money, as every single item we ordered was bad.
The service was extremely poor. The servers had no basic sense of customer service. We had to repeatedly ask for tissues, spoons, salad, biryani raita, and gravy nothing was served proactively. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by asking for basic essentials.
Food quality was terrible:
Crispy corn was overly salty and inedible.
Chicken dum biryani was pale, cold, tasteless, and nowhere close to what a dum biryani should be.
For the high prices, the quantity served was shockingly low and absolutely not justified.
To make things worse, hygiene is seriously lacking. The washroom was very dirty, and the handwash basin didn’t even have liquid soap, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant charging premium prices.
Overall, bad food, poor service, unhygienic washrooms, high prices, and tiny portions. We left feeling extremely dissatisfied and regret choosing this place. Definitely not recommended.

Walked in here expecting an authentic Telugu meals experience that’s what they advertise, that’s what I came for. But when I asked, they casually said not available. That’s not authenticity, that’s false promise. Don’t dangle culture as bait if you can’t serve it on the plate. Disappointed. FYI - from now on prior they stopped it and never updated the menu. Had to order something else. Ambience is good. Though.

Good place to have local Telangana food. The curries and appetizers were authentic.

We had the tomato soup which is a little sweet but I would still rate it a 3.5/5. One of the two curries we had gotten was a little oily. The apricot delight we had here was one of the best I’ve ever had in Hyderabad. We ended up having two!

Service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant.
