Chaileela LIG outlet sets an immediate and impressive precedent before you even step inside. From the outside, the cafe looks damn good, classy, and distinctly premium, promising a high-end experience.

My expectations were high, given that I had an amazing experience at their Vijay Nagar branch, leading me to believe this new location would offer the same stellar quality and service.

Unfortunately, the food quality at the LIG outlet proved to be quite inconsistent. We found the experience to be a mixed bag of hits and misses across the menu. On the positive side, the Noodles, Sandwich, and Tea were all good, offering satisfying flavor and quality.

However, several popular items were below par: the Pav Bhaji was below average, and the Pizza was also quite disappointing , they made the pizza over a existing base where as their vijay agar outlet made a fresh dough pizza and that is what expected from a cafe like this . The wrap was okay, but failed to stand out.

Adding to the disappointment was the service speed. The service was slow, which significantly hampered the overall dining experience. Furthermore, the policy of not taking orders from the sitting area is a major area for improvement and feels out of place for a cafe with such a premium and classy aesthetic.

While the ambiance is top notch, the combination of slow service and inconsistent food quality suggests this outlet has some refining to do to match the standards of its sibling branch.
