Situated in Civil Lines, Jaipur, the place offers both outdoor and indoor seating which makes it captivating as the comprehensive display of every minute detail is depicted with sheer professionalism. The menu for a change is quite different from the usual restaurant norms. So, indulge and try out something new. Founded by Shivika Kothari and Neha Deepak Shah whose culinary passion evolved when she had the position of the first runner-up on MasterChef India Season 4, the restaurant has an array of well-experimented dishes like ‘Tornado Fries’ - potato chips on a stick sprinkled with their homemade spice that comes with 2 dips. The great rustic surroundings and a tranquil environment in the heart of Jaipur will give you a never-forgetting experience.
Had lunch here... it was really tasty pure veg food. The best dessert I have ever had was the Chocolate Bomb! A must visit restaurant in Jaipur
We had an amazing dinner. The ambience is nice, and the staff is very helpful, specially Subir and Tapas. :) We will comeback for sure!
One of my friends and self were here for lunch yesterday, and were supremely impressed by the decore, food, service and delivery standards of the restaurant; perfect and seamless. But the main experience was yet to come. So here's the accident that happens. We had opted for the zomato offer 2+2 and while we paid our bills we used Dine out wallet; triggered a drama. The steward to manager kept saying that we can't club 2 offers together, by using zomato n dine out. They clearly missed understanding that yes we did opt for zomato 2+2 offer however we didn't use any offers from dine out. We simply used the dineout wallet Yet they had the guts to tell us 3 to 4 times, "You have to pay again through cash or card, this is not accepted" and we were like why wud we pay again! The steward also said that you should have told us that you will be using Dine Out wallet. However this steward, handedover the bill to us and went back and stood 15 - 20 steps away. Whom do we ask, ghosts? Then comes the manager, and repeats the same old rubbish of clubbing zomato n dine out, which technically he missed to understand as a manager, that we used the dine out wallet and NOT the dine out offerings. He also said, "Because of you we have to have to pay commission to dine out" I was zapped and so was my friend, and we said ok get the money paid to you via dine out rolled back we'll pay you by cash or card. Then the manager said, let me check with the management. Last, he sends us the bill, and to my NO utter surprise, like before, the steward places the bill at our table and vanished..we had to look for someone to come to us and explain what's happening after 5 mins. The steward mentioned, "Sir said it's ok, you don't have to pay anything". My question is if we didn't have to pay, why so much drama. Such a disrespectful experience, no point of having amazing location/venue/chefs/food etc if you as a team shames and disregards the guests and provides treatment like so. Plz avoid this place.
It's situated at good place near civil lines, we can say good food and so so service . Nice parking space as well good decor
We visited this place last Thu as a couple. Our starters were one steamed and one pan fried momos. And the mains were Pesto Risotto and Rosa sauce pasta. The place is purely vegetarian. For a restaurant of this ambience and the quality of the crowd coming in, the service was atrocious with barely any welcome. The waiters/servers looked untrained and unpolished for the so-called level that this place presented. It was sad to see that the menu was limited to champagne and beer, and no other liquor. It was a dampener but not a massive disappointment. I'm at loss to understand why can't they have a bigger drinks menu if they have the license already. Forcing customers to only two options wasn't impressive. The food, oh my god, the starters - momos were poorly made of poor quality flour and the pan fried ones were devoid of any flavor. Thankfully, the peanut based sauce was a saving grace, though it was too nutty for my liking. However, after the mains, the peanut sauce seemed like a real hero for the night. The mains were absolutely shocking. The risotto rice was made from regular rice and the pesto sauce had its own local interpretation which tasted disgusting. They added bell peppers that weren't fully cooked and broccoli alongside cauliflower. This was without a doubt the most shocking risotto of my life. How can a top-notch restaurant sell risotto made from regular rice? Is their head chef not trained or is the owner making him do this? Whatever their reason, it was appalling, this dish. Next was the rosa sauce pasta which was supposed to be pink sauce pasta as per the description on the menu and confirmed by our waiter. Again, the chef is not trained I think. He made pink sauce out poor cheddar cheese mixed with heavy cream, giving the pasta a distinctly cheesy texture with no tomato base noticeable anywhere. The presentation was average with almost no grated parmesan on top. They put some grated local cheese (Amul presumably) on the top. I was shocked. I mean, seriously, do people come here and eat this? Do they not know what the dish should be like? My conclusion was that their indian dishes are fine, since the place has good reviews and fame, but their italian and chinese dishes were absolutely disgusting and should not be sold. People are getting fooled. Now coming to the final part, the service. The house had two restaurant managers, of which one was roaming without his blazer and then, put on his blazer and was tucking in his shirt in front of all customers. What was that about!!! He can just spare himself some room. The waiter took our bill, was untrained, clearly and did not wait for his tip, just took the receipt box away. He should leave it on to the customer. I left my tip on the table, but at a place of this stature, they should be trained much better. The rest of their staff seemed new and untrained, and unsure of serving procedures. Overall, this place looked pretentious and not up to the standard it presented itself. I would never recommend it to anyone.
