NEO - Lounge Club is a restaurant and bar in Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur serving North Indian, pasta and beverages with cocktails. Known for cocktails and bar bites; ideal for drinks and date nights.

NEO Club is a must-visit in Jaipur! The ambiance is vibrant, the rooftop view is fantastic, and the music sets a perfect party mood. The food and cocktails were delicious, and the staff was very attentive. Highly recommended for a memorable night out!

Vibe: Vibrant club atmosphere, great music, and a fantastic rooftop seating area with city views.

• Taste: Delicious multicuisine food (try the pizzas!) and good variety of

• Location: Prime and accessible location at Jewel of India, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

• Overall: Excellent destination for a memorable night out with great service and stunning ambiance.(8/10)

Best place in jaipur to celebrate!
Best food with best music night. Special thanks to HIRU mam, she took care of everything, so nice and amazing facility.

Thanks for the hospitality Hiru.. we enjoyed the night.

It's a primium and spacious club. prices are little bit higher side as compared the burj , rosado and other famous primium clubs.

It's not for the person who love to dance hard. Another disappointed is that DJ do not play songs on guest request. We requested for Bollywood songs but bouncer lady next to DJ, said that DJ will play accordingly his playlist.

Dev and Rajiv were absolutely wonderful hosts! It was amazing being here, the food vibe and cocktails were wonderful!! Jaipur is absolutely LIT! Totally worth the visit!

It was fantastic experience. Food was delicious and atmosphere was lovely. Wonderful Service by Mr. Madhu n Hiru.
We will come again soon.

Special Thanks to Madhu.

As a frequent visitor to Neo, I never expected to have such an uncomfortable and disrespectful experience. What happened yesterday was not just disappointing—it was upsetting and unacceptable.

One of the staff members, Guddu, behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. We clearly heard him tell another colleague, “Don’t ask me to assist this table,” while showing obvious irritation through his body language and facial expressions. Given the loud environment, it genuinely felt deliberate, as if he wanted us to hear it. As guests, this was embarrassing and disrespectful.

When we brought this matter to the management’s attention, the explanation we received was that he was an outsourced staff member. Frankly, this is not a valid justification. From a guest’s point of view, every staff member represents Neo. Whether in-house or outsourced is an internal matter, and it is the responsibility of the establishment to ensure that anyone interacting with guests is properly trained in professionalism and basic courtesy.

The situation escalated further when Guddu came to our table after learning that we had complained. While he said “please don’t mind,” his actions afterward completely contradicted that statement. When we expressed how disrespectful his behavior was, he made a personal comment about my friend’s appearance, saying that she “looks like an angry person” and that her facial expressions made him uncomfortable serving us. This was highly inappropriate, personal, and unacceptable behavior from anyone working in hospitality.

When we requested that he not serve our table in the future, his response was shockingly casual—he simply said “okay” and walked away, showing no remorse, apology, or accountability whatsoever.

We have previously ignored small issues, understanding that mistakes can happen during busy service hours. We even shared feedback earlier and were assured that our experience would improve. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled, and this incident crossed a clear line.
Although one team member did attempt to handle the situation professionally and was apologetic, the overall experience left us feeling disrespected and taken for granted, despite being regular patrons.

I truly hope Neo’s management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue internally. No guest should ever be made to feel uncomfortable, judged, or disrespected in a place they regularly support. This kind of behavior should not be repeated with any other guest in the future.

Had a fantastic dinner at The Lounge NEO. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. perfect for a relaxed night out. The food was absolutely delicious--the pizza was cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and well- seasoned. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommend trying this spot!

Shipra just made the evening best. And especially the Staff Guddu what a great person. He just helped us with service and especially with the pyro gun and name on the screen. Thank you so much Neo. [ Shipra and Guddu ] Thank you. See you soon Again.

Atmosphere: Casual, relaxed, and welcoming.
Food: High-quality ingredients, delicious flavors.
Service: Friendly, efficient staff.
Value: Great experience for the price.

Exceptionally Poor Experience at Neo Restaurant, Jaipur.

We recently visited Neo Restaurant in Jaipur for a family outing and ended up spending close to ₹6,000 — which comes to more than ₹2,000 per person. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far from worth the price we paid.

To begin with, the service was absolutely pathetic. After placing our order, every single item took more than 30 minutes to arrive at the table. The waiting time was unreasonable and completely disrupted the dining experience.
What made matters worse was the lack of basic service sense. As customers, we repeatedly had to call the waiters for the simplest things. Cutlery was not provided until we asked. Even after that, we had to separately request spoons, knives, tissues, and even glasses for drinking water. Nothing was proactively arranged.
The hygiene standards were equally disappointing. Tables were unclean, sofas were not properly maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the seating area was poor. It felt neglected and far below what one would expect from a premium-priced restaurant.

The manager’s response to concerns was indifferent and lacked professionalism. There was no urgency, no apology, and no attempt to improve the situation — which made the experience even more frustrating.

Overall, paying such a high amount for this level of service, hygiene, and management is simply unacceptable.

Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant family dining experience. Highly disappointed.
