I had high expectations going into this place because I had heard great things about it, but I was let down by it. Fewer activities, fewer food selections, and items that aren't available.
The food and service were mediocre and nothing to write excited about.

The whole thing was a pretty grim experience. For what promises to be a fantastic evening

Great vibe. They have an area to play pool too. I went on a Saturday night and to my surprise there was no rush at all. The food is really good. However, the service was not the best. The wait staff was not attentive, brought 2 wrong dishes and had an attitude problem. I'll still give it 4 stars, but the management should train their servers and look into this.

This place is so aesthetic, calm and peaceful .. You can enjoy there with your friends and family food is delicious... Must try there cheese nachos and fruit punch mocktail. Also they have wonderful collection of novels... And indoor games ❤✨✨✨?

They have ipl screening and so much games  like ludo , zenga and many more ?
Also I loved the food quality must try pizza , paneer tikka, backed nachos mocktails.

We recently visited Appagallo Café & Lounge and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no staff to attend to us for quite some time. The starters and drinks were below expectations — the blueberry shake was watery and didn’t resemble a proper shake at all. We also ordered an LIIT, but it tasted more like Coca-Cola than a cocktail, which was quite disappointing.

The main course was actually good, but given the poor service and unsatisfactory drinks and starters, the overall experience was not enjoyable. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and the quality of beverages.

Me and My friends visited this restaurant, but as usual, there was no one else there. We waited for a while and even tried calling the mobile numbers displayed in the restaurant, but the phone was switched off. After a long wait, 2-4 staff members arrived.

We then ordered food and asked why there was no crowd, to which they replied that people would come later. However, no one showed up even at night.

Initially, we ordered starters, which were of very poor quality. The pizza pasta and shakes were not good. But the main course was better. We ordered paneer lababdar, dal tadka, and Bundi raita.

Considering the main course was okay, I would recommend avoiding the starters. But if you insist on trying the main course, you can visit this place.
