First of all 1000/person (Food included) advance payment is too high and we were 5 people and we had to pay 5000 in advance and it is not refundable even if you have not eaten that much

The staff was not very courteous we needed a low height table and they made a fuss about it that it is not possible and all that.

Third class ambiance, with zero lighting and No proper background music

One of the best clubs in kanpur. Ambience was awesome, crowd and music were great.it has never disappointed me! the music , lights, the crowd is superb!!.Food quality is too much good.Uff the crowd was super rocking as we had booked our table for the celebrations !!! We enjoyed a lot and the waiter were very good !! Nice Place for party !!! 5/5 for music !!!Good Cocktails, Great Crowd, Great DJ, Excellent Location, Snacks could be improved, well serviced, must visit once.

Very poor service by the ushers...many of the dishes we ordered didn't even arrive probably because ushers/servers failed to punch the order

Saturday nights are a must visit(speciallyafter midnight), great food drinks music and crowd. Only issue is service is very slow you might not even get your orders sometimes.

Worst behaviour by staffs. They behave like goons. Especially one manager who is slim with beard. I have seen him many times abusing customers and even seen him beating and bashing customers . Once I saw him abusing very bad words to an very old aged customer and even pushing him and beating him . Such a behaviour in such a place is not acceptable.

Good vibes BUT Getting a table indoor is a big fuzz even if you are capable of spending 4000 per head . Even if you call nobody answers specially for saturday night booking .

If you want to spoil your evening then this is definately the place to be at. They think that they belong somewhere in italy but do not forget  that this place is nothing but an utter rubbish. People need to really understand where this place belong and what they are serving for the price they are expecting. Honestly they are nothing but a bubble which will burst soon with no consistancy whatsoever.
