The Neotias launched Afraa in 2007 with celebrity culinary consultant Karen Anand and expat chef Davide Cananzi at the helm of affairs. The duo curated a striking menu, largely global fusion, with dishes such as potato gnocchi with wasabee cheese sauce and Norwegian salmon cooked the Japanese way, with furikake. The stunning interiors, predominantly in white, were done by Kapil Bhalla and a wine library with over 250 varieties sealed the deal. Nine years on and numerous changes (on the menu) later Afraa is still popular for great food and ambience. The grilled Scottish salmon with chilli lime emulsion or their signature Pork Chops served on a bed of warm cabbage and bacon salad are some of the top picks on the current menu.
Dinner for two within INR1000 what else can you ask for. Thanks to Eazydiner offer. we ordered for Moroccan grilled chicken, prawns skewers & Lamb chops from the Mediterranean section.
Had Cream of chicken soup, Mediterranean kebab platter, Pan seared Salmon,Cheese Cake and House spl Baklava. Salmon prep was out of the world. Med platter was also grt....though missed a fork to take out the kebabs from the skewer, Cheese cake was v good, a ittle less sweetness wanted, n Baklava....aah.....how do I say it!! It was all we wanted n more...yummilicious.... Staff were courteous, slow service....not that we mind, for such grt food.... Oh....missed the soup.....good taste, but too thick....like a rich gravy...consistency should be reconsidered For 50% discount, the lunch was a steal.
A warm welcome, Calming and serene ambience, impeccable service and sumptuous delicacies..a memorable experience.
A special day lunch on a Sunday for a family of 3 and well spent with the great food options. We went for ala carte rather than their Sunday buffet with the intention to try their Mediterranean specialties. And we really elated. We started with farmer's minestrone & Sicilian shrimp & garlic soups with Mediterranean non veg kebabs. The prelude was mouthwatering & for main course we ordered grilled bhetki, Moroccan lamb & Greek chicken lasagne. And then we had little appetite for desserts & had the dessert sampler, chocolate ala Kiev & sweet lime soda. The food wasn't spicy but still very tasty & worth a try. Overall a great food option & must try option for a special day food.
Me and my family visited this restaurant which is located at the 7 th floor of City Center 1 . The place is very nicely decorated and very spacious. It is primarily a continental restaurant. We ordered dishes like creame of chicken soup, murgh Kasturi kabab , beer battered fish , chicken stroganoff , Moroccan lamb tagin. We like the soup and battered fish very much. The prices are little costly but the service is good.
