Craft Coffee

One of the best coffe places in salt lake sector 5.The coffee is good, food options are available in veg and non veg both.I would recheck sandwich and pasta. The place is best for having coffee and work. The outlet is located in infinity think tank. The staffbis well behaved and courteous.

not very satisfied with the overall experience. ambience is great and so is the coffee. the hype generated by other reviews for their pizza is bs. it's okay but nothing mind blowing. fried platter is also meh (and huge inconsistency in the fry textures - some were burnt). service was also slow and we were never served water. we received coffee almost at the end of our meal (pizza+fries).
solid 3/5 but needs improvement in service and taste.

The perfect place for date and spending quality times with you love ones.
If you are looking for a place where you can spend some your time without being cosy then this place is perfect.
Your partner will love this place and can be a dead battery of your phone cause she will gonna click too many pictures of the food, ambience.
Food quality is good according to the price.
BBQ Chicken Pizza is a must try item here. Enough for two people. And their chese cake is too good also with cold coffees.
Try their combos ones.

it's so peaceful to have their coffee and double chocolate cake in the outside seating area . so beautiful with fresh air. I keep on coming back here often for my sunday brunch.
Very good service.

Last month I had a small visit there after hearing from one of my friends. The ambience of the place is good. Work as well as suitable for hangouts. But felt that service could have been little faster. I tried cold coffee at first but after trying it didn't feel like trying anything further because of the time taken to deliver it. The taste of the cold coffee was average.

Went there for a date night. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a nice evening. The ambiance was too good for a small cafe. Staff behaviour was satisfactory specially krishan who helped us during the visit and was always available. Then coming to the food we ordered barbeque chicken pizza with grilled onion, peri peri chicken wings ( it was spicy), nutella iced cappuccino(2) and baked cheese cake. Quality wise food was real good also the quantity was remarkable for the price. It is a budget friendly cafe in every aspect. Only one small thing I want to mention that it could have been better if they had a washroom specially for women. Apart from that it was a good experience.

Such a beautifully decorated cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating available—perfect for any setting you prefer! The food was delicious, and they offer a few healthy options, which was a nice surprise.

The coffee was strong, though I felt it was slightly over-extracted from dark roasted beans. Compared to 8th Day Cafe, it seems that Craft Coffee favors stronger brews over more naturally sweet and flavorful ones. Nevertheless, it was still quite good.

Special shoutout to Barista Abhishek and his team! They provided excellent service, and we had a great conversation about coffee culture, Craft Coffee’s expansion plans to other cities, and more. He even let us try some cascara, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We also picked up a small bag of whole roasted beans—it was freshly roasted, aromatic, and tasted great. Excellent value for money!

A couple of suggestions for improvement: It would be great if they served a glass of water with the coffee—after all, some say "hydrate before you caffeinate." Additionally, adding some healthier dessert options like cakes or cookies made with zero maida and less or no sugar would be a wonderful addition to the menu.

Did not excepted this service by Craft Coffee kolkata branch Infinity Think Tower...
Since 2 years I'm exploring craftcoffee branch Ballygunge & Saltlake Fd block and not a once i had to complaint about the service or beverage or food. But for the 1st time ever i am very disappointed by the service... I had ordered my regular Craftcoffee special Litchi coffee nd in return I'm receiving just Litchi drink.. it is very sweet, more of Litchi flavour and less of coffee..

Disappointed Af??
