The long glass-sided wall of this restaurant makes it the biggest attraction for many diners in the city to enjoy a special meal with friends and family here. The decor is very light and refreshing, modern yet warm- quite European in style. The buffet counter is laid out across the length of the restaurant. It is quite an elaborate buffet, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. The dim sum counter with steaming hot dimsums are a must-try in their buffet. The Sunday brunches are the best. The pricing is so competitive that everyone goes for the buffet but their a la carte menu is no mean deal. 'Half Roast Chicken' or the 'Kolkata Bhekti Fish and Chips'; both are brilliantly executed dishes. The chefs go out of their way to take care of your needs. Even if you have a gluten allergy, they will provide you with options which are gluten-free.
It was a lovely visit to JW Kitchen . We had our family get together and we were served with lots of good food in the buffet menu. There was a very high rush but in spite of that the management served each customer very finely and the spread was good, Mr Rahul Sharma and Mr. Manoj really took very good care of us.
This restaurant is supposedly the generic hotel coffee shop but it delivers food quality of a top end restaurant. The chefs are attentive to customers individual needs and preferences. The buffets are sumptuous with quality cooking. They also have display cooking stands.
Manoj & suman provided great service & I am glad that you have such employees who put in that extra effort. Well done.
Visited this buffet restaurant on occasion of Durga Puja for Buffet Dinner. The buffet spread covered Bengali, Mughlai, continental as well as Chinese dishes. There were also number of live counters including that of waffle. Desserts were also excellent. Loved the experience
It's a very lively place as the Sunday Brunch us just fabulous. Its a happening and bustling hotel, I must admit. As you enter the lobby you find people everywhere be it the main lobby or the Tea lounge and moreover the All Day dining is an extension of the lobby itself making it even more vibrant and full of life. What an amazing spread it was ! Endless salads, cold cuts, dips and dressings leading to the bread station and over to the other cuisines. Chaats and Puchkas also brightly attract on the other side. Asian spread on a cart to the Bavarian Grills and Roasts just make this Beer fest brunch worthwhile. Not to forget the pastas and pizza station which was crowded by children for obvious reasons. No Indian cuisine station can be complete without a Biryani and Mutton dish especially in Kolkata and mind it even after trying so many iconic Biryani places in the old city I still loved this Biryani to the core. Desserts or as the Bongs call it sweetly Mishti can't be ignored at all . Indian sweets and Western confectionery to bakeries the list was endless. All in all it was an amazing afternoon amongst foodie friends from Kolkata and it's a must visit for Kolkata walas, I bet the spread and service won't disappoint you at all.

The expansive restaurant holds a seating capacity of 172, which includes a separate alfresco dining area and 4 open kitchen counters belonging to different cuisines. You can try many unique varieties of World and Indian delicacies here that are truly enticing.
The buffet is especially grand, laid out across the entire length of the restaurant. The options of the spread are so lavish that it will often outweigh your desires and ability. You can try many live counters as well. The dimsum counter, serving piquant dimsums for buffet is a must-try. The patisserie and desserts section is also commendable with a live waffle counter.
On the other hand, the a la carte menu is replete with a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, and Indian and Western mains. Few of Chef’s signature dishes such as Lamb dish with Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes, Classical Mamma Rosa, Kolkata Kathi Roll, Dal Makhni and Chingri Malai Curry are highlights of the menu. The chefs go out of the way to serve you with the best. If you are allergic to gluten, you can also request for gluten-free dishes. Lastly, you can complement your food with your choice of alcohol, thus offering a wholesome dining experience.
