Having earned its reputation as a pan Asian restaurant serving fine quality dishes, especially Japanese, they have forayed into other parts of the city. This one at Rajarhat is close to City Centre 2 and is quite easily locatable on the main road. As you enter, you are taken aback by the plush interior. The management has clearly upped their game and has finally given importance to the ambience. An interesting mix of delicacies from 'Nasi Goring' to 'Wok Fried Huk Choy', 'Lamb Masamman Curry', 'Bbq Pork Chops' to 'Torino Teriyaki' is what you will find here. Go ahead and be adventurous in ordering rather than sticking to known dishes. The servers guide you quite well. The Torino Teriyaki is made with soft juicy pieces of chicken in a perfectly balanced sweet and salty teriyaki sauce with sprinkled sesame seeds. 'Ebi Katsu', a delicately flavoured minced prawn dish with sweet chilli jam is a brilliant appetiser to order. Except for the choice of fish for their dishes, that is 'Basa', everything else seems to be top notch.
