Koyla restaurant

Had a great experience at Koyla Restaurant—true to its name, Koyla (charcoal), the food carries a wonderful smoky flavor. The shawarma was very tasty and well-filled, and the chicken tikka was perfectly cooked with excellent flavor. The Sharjah milkshake was outstanding—I could clearly feel the taste of every dry fruit, rich and perfectly blended. Overall, excellent food quality and taste. Definitely worth visiting again. Highly recommended!

Visited for lunch here. The staff there suggested we try the mutton Mandi, so we ordered the same. The food was tasty but some things that disappointed us were that it tasted bland and we didn't get a clear explanation when asked about the price. We were told that mutton mandi includes soup, rice and mutton...but on the bill they charged separately for mutton and the rice. The funny part is that the rice was more expensive than mutton. It wasn't worth the money we spent.
⚠️Note: Mandi is not for people who love spicy food.
Mutton was cooked well and was tender. We also drank lemon mojito which was good.
Service is quick.
They have both AC and NON AC tables.
They can do a lot better.

Spacious and elegant interiors.

The food tasted moderate and so did the service.
Service is one of the pillar of hotel businesses and we didn't get good one.

The manchow soup we ordered didn't have major flavours in it.
Overall satisfied our hunger but definitely one time visit for me )

Revisited again and found improvement in taste and service )

The food was taste was just average and didn’t meet expectations. There is room for improvement in flavor and quality.

I ordered from this restaurant yesterday and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The manager seriously needs to learn how to talk to customers. The attitude was so rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional that it actually shocked me. I wasn’t expecting five-star service, but basic manners shouldn’t be too much to ask.
Instead of handling a simple query politely, the manager behaved as if doing the customers a favour by letting them order. The tone, the behaviour, the way of talking — everything was pathetic. When the face of the restaurant is this disrespectful, it doesn’t matter how the food tastes. The overall experience gets ruined.
I definitely won’t be ordering from here again, and I genuinely hope the management looks into this, because no customer deserves to be treated the way I was. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended.

Great place for family dining, amazing Variety of food.
Veg/non- veg. Recommend visiting this place.
They have a place for majlis dining, Arabian style of dining .
Staffs are very polite and active, food tastes amazing I've had great experience whenever I've been there. Around the place you'll find fruit shops and bakery. Whenever you visit you'll have all-round shopping experience as well as dining experience.

Food is not much tasty and over priced. I went with my mom to a family room, but there were 10-12 gents and there was no single lady in family room. It is not a hygiene place. There were lot of mosquitoes and the table was very much sticky and oily. service is not very good. The exterior and interior of the hotel is very good. In family room there is sink to wash our hands. To wash we have to go out. The food was not even warm and even the chicken was not fresh. Felt like I was eating a chicken which was cooked before 2 days.

Doesn’t even deserve zero stars, shameful act by the restaurant people. I think Mr. Ashraf who doesn’t know how to talk to customers ANPAD GAWAAR showing unnecessary attitude. This restaurant will shut soon if they continue the same. Doesn’t have zero sense how to talk. Ruthless behaviour. Dont you all have common sense to send one onion salad with the grilled chicken? When addressed the problem you all Come up with mean attitude saying “we don’t provide it” and when asked to send well pay, you didn’t even send or picked our calls. Shame on you all!!!!
