Agent Jack’s Bar in Borivali West is one of the best hangout spots for friends and colleagues. The vibe is lively, the DJ plays amazing tracks, and the food and cocktails are always top-notch. Their signature drinks and quick service make every visit enjoyable.

However, during peak hours, the place tends to get quite crowded and service becomes a bit slow. Increasing the number of staff members—especially waiters —would really help manage orders more efficiently and maintain their high-quality service.

Overall, it’s a great place for parties, celebrations, or even casual evenings out. With a few more hands on deck, Agent Jack’s Bar can easily become the best bar experience in Borivali West! ?

I recently visited a place, and while it had its perks, the air conditioning definitely needs some work. The food was genuinely delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal I had. The overall ambiance of the place was quite nice, creating a pleasant atmosphere. It's also a great spot to enjoy some matches, which is always a bonus. Despite the AC issue, it's a pretty good place overall.

We wanted to enjoy some drinks and loud music so we decided to visit Agent Jack's Bar in Borivali West and it turns out the wrong decision we took. The music was very boring and the sound wasn't that loud. The food taste was good but the quantity was way way too less. The peanuts in chakana tiffin was not fresh and both the mocktails was very sweet. Overall not the experience we wanted and had to think twice before visiting here.

We went on Saturday evening. The live bollywood music and DJ was good, but too loud. The food is very expensive. The bidding process for drinks is engaging but they ultimately give you the price at which they want to sell. So don't expect a very good price. There were LED lights around and you could barely see the food or others face. If you like such an atmosphere in the evening it's a nice place. Overall experience was average, spent 6K for 2 people with drinks.

The food is great , ambience and music as well. They DJ plays good music where you can dance next to the seating. Lot of food options (veg & non veg). Only issues is payments option. Check your bill at the end , have faced this issue before also where alcohol numbers are added (very unethical). Also use the Zomato gold to get better discounts.

Overall great experience , but the end billing issue was uncalled for.

Had booked this restaurant through Swiggy dine out. Totally mood spoiler from start.
1. Space was 90% empty when we went, we had choosen sofa, staff came and said we have too many upcoming people so please sit at 2-seater table, which were not so comfortable. We still changed table. When we were leaving still the place was 60% vacant. And guess what after us, another couple came and sat at that 6 seater sofa and they were not asked to change the table.
2. They said our in house prices are different than swiggy prices. You check prices and then decide from which menu we want to order. For ordering had to download a stupid app and place individual order, scanning through menu like 20 times.
3. We ordered chikan suka , which she said our chef will come after 15 minutes then i can check if he can prepare this or not. Chef enters after 25 minutes. We order, dish comes after 30 minutes. Our drinks were over by then.
4. Ordered thai curry, and they served it after 50 minutes and two follow ups.
5. Intially staff said even if we order from their menu, we will get 25-45% discount. And final bill said 20% discount thag too only on food. It was my husband’s birthday so did not want to spoil our vibes.

So the place is not so cool, they kept swiggy prices double than their in house prices. Using swiggy just to get customers. Pathetic service. We have to call out multiple times to get attended to.

Pretty ordinary set up with food & drink ordering thru their app. With very Limited options in food, the place can be only termed as an expensive "bar" with some street quality DJ & live karaoke ? by inhouse singer ? and out of orbit patrons. Would rate it pretty low on Value for Money spent. Fred rice that we ordered was uncooked & we hd to return it & wait for replacement. The quantity is less & the taste is poor.

First parking is the challenge here… a narrow space from where you need to enter in this restaurant… very shade place… not good vibe… very very loud music we had to checkout because person seating next to me also not able to hear what I am screaming….

Here they have water issues…so they use water from outside…See what kind of water they are using

AC is the issue every one was complaining about AC infact you can check other reviews as well

Staff is so rude while assigning the table…we were 5 and restaurant was empty but still that woman and man on the floor was not ready to give 6 seater table. Instead this rude staff was asking us if you are not comfortable you may walk off.
