Chef Alex Sanchez created waves when he first set up The Table in Colaba. So it comes as no surprise that his latest solo venture has packed tables in the first few days of it opening its doors. What was once AKA Bistro has morphed into a chic new dining space with minimal decor incorporating subtle hints of blue. You will find cosy booths, communal tables an open kitchen and a stellar bar with cocktails that you should not miss. The menu draws inspiration from Italy but not your traditional Italian fare despite several pasta dishes on the menu including a beautiful Cacio e Pepe. Currently, it is only operational for dinner and not lunch.
