The air here is redolent with the eclectic flavours of food. The varied buffet spread for lunch and dinner with Indian and global dishes, is hugely popular. Equally sought after is the breakfast with abundant non vegetarian and vegetarian choices. The menu has a fair amount of á la carte offerings too. The stylish bar, manned by an efficient bartender is definitely a highlight, as are the diverse cocktails. No regular fare in this buffet. Executive Chef Crystal Mendonca and his team ensure there is variety and something to wow every palate. In addition to the buffet, there are live stations which keep changing. Okra in fruit sauce, a Malaysian delicacy, struck me as unique and well-made. Murg begum bahar with succulent pieces of chicken swathed in a creamy sauce and topped with fried egg, was a treat for the taste buds. The food is simple, well-presented, boasts of fresh ingredients and is value-for-money.
