Food

Coco Café by Cococart

Cococart in Oberoi Mall has a lovely ambience and a wide variety of desserts with an amazing chocolate collection However, the food was quite average. The Focaccia Peri Peri Paneer Sandwich was good, but the Garlic Parsley Fries just had seasoning on top with no actual garlic or parsley flavour. The Pesto Pasta’s zucchini and peppers didn’t taste fresh either.

On the brighter side, the Hazelnut Dark Hot Chocolate and Biscoff Cheesecake were absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. They had added service charges without informing, even though we served the food ourselves, but they did remove it when requested.

Feedback on Recent Visit – Extremely Disappointed

My experience yesterday was highly disappointing, and I will not be returning to this place again due to several reasons:

Service Delays: The service was extremely slow throughout. Even basic follow-ups took an unacceptable amount of time.

Unavailable Item After Long Wait: I had ordered the chicken roast, only to be informed after a significant delay that it was unavailable.

Poor Coordination Between Dishes: The Green Thai Curry ( good in ttaste) was served with a very small portion of rice. When I ordered additional rice, it took very long time to arrive — by then, the curry had gone cold.

Misleading Menu Descriptions:

The Crunchy Chicken Sandwich was a major letdown. Instead of real chicken, it was a thick, tasteless patty with an unappealing, deep-fried coating — absolutely no crunch, no flavor of chicken. The name is highly misleading.

The Chicken Schnitzel was just a thick, over-fried coating with a thin layer of chicken inside. It lacked flavor and was clearly overpriced for the quality offered.

Only One Positive: The French fries served with the sandwich and schnitzel were well-made and tasty.

Drinks: The sea salt hot chocolate (Lindt) was decent — nothing extraordinary but acceptable.

Final Verdict:
For a total bill of ₹2,190, the overall quality, quantity, and service did not justify the price.

Just to share with you ,Cococart does care about their customers .They were concerned about my dissatisfaction. As a gesture of goodwill they sent me a dark chocolate bento cake( my choice)

Cocokart Café is a really nice spot with refreshing coffee — the iced Americano was perfect. The Cheese Pull-Ups Garlic Bread and Omelette were absolutely delicious and worth trying. It can get a little crowded, so you might have to wait, but the food and vibe make it totally worth it.

It was absolutely amazing. Karunesh the manager is just a delight. He made soba noodles available which is just the most delicious and my favourite dish here. Im definitely going to be a regular here now!

Had a great experience at Coco Café at Oberoi Mall. The service offered by Riya was very good — she was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.
The Teriyaki Chicken Salad was absolutely awesome, fresh and full of flavor. The Greek Shakshuka was also very nice and well prepared.
Overall, a pleasant visit with good food and good service. Would definitely recommend this place ?

The food was really delicious and the hot chocolate was damn good. Aayan gave good service. So it was overall a 10/10 experience for us.
