Insider Tips

  • It is run by the same team behind Indigo Deli, Neel and Tote on the Turf but the format and menu is vastly different and far more casual
  • The Freakshakes are a huge hit, especially the Bacon loaded one
  • They do not have a permanent liquor license just yet but they do serve alcohol Friday to Sunday

Bright and colourful, this all-day cafe with its swings like seating and upturned buckets for lampshades is a breath of fresh air. The menu is full of cafe favourites like burgers, sandwiches and small bites but even includes plenty of milkshakes, smoothies and Freakshakes. They have free wifi and a section called the Play Area which is filled with various games and toys to encourage you to really enjoy your time at the cafe. The small bites are all great but it is the Dim Sum that really shines on this menu.

Fun place

Chilled out ambience, fun decor is what describes D:oh! in Fun Republic, Andheri. They had a contest if a single person can finish their WTF burger within 10minutes, the burger becomes free. 2 of us tried but couldn't finish it within 10mins :)

Great ambience

The ambience is very nice. Food tastes good too. We had ordered fries, mushroom momos, pizza and cocktails. All of there dishes and drinks were pretty good and prices are reasonable too. Good place to hangout with friends.

Casual place do try

D: Oh for me it's Informal / fun place. Casual meeting place, maybe over a cup of coffee a beer some light snacks or some great meal. It has it all. From the stables of Degustibus Hospitality who have given us Indigo/Neel, this place does keep up to the name and fame. Nice Ambiance - good inviting Vibe, not overdone - kept it simple. Going through the menu - I would call it simple, straightforward food. They Opened their 3rd Outlet at Thane (Viviana Mall) Presume they have a delivery Kitchen at Marol as well. I few Dishes added to the menu. WTF burger is one to try (I did not) basically it's a 1 pound Burger with Chicken Patty / Bacon / cheese. A meal for 2. Overall nicely done. Kept it simple and this is what we tried: The Wasabi - Baby potatoes, served in a martini glass. Kept it simple. Baby potatoes tossed in pungent wasabi sauce. Lovely balance. Nice hit. A bit of Mayo/Lettuce. Overall comforts short eat. (Option of Prawns/Chicken) Homemade Mini Tarts (Paneer Makhani/Chicken Makhani) Asked for Paneer. Lovely diced Paneer, tangy spicy, good texture, diced Paneer with Makhani gravy. Found the Tarts to be soggy. (Chef, need to look into it) had the tarts been crunchy, this dish would have been a killer. But do try out. When at D: OH must ask for the French fries - it comes in 3 types of dips (Mexican/Peri Peri and Sriracha) Known as Hot/Hotter/Hottest. Lovely balance of spices in all the 3. Served in a cutting Chai glass. Water Chestnut & Vegetable Dumplings - do try. Thin layer, nice stuffing of minced vegetables and chestnut with a bit of herbs. Overall good. Corn starch level perfect. Burmese Khao Suey - everything in a plate. A tad salty I felt. Overall had the correct condiments and ingredients. Would prefer to have separate condiments and make it my way. D: OH knows better. Not a miss, but missed the WOW factor. Sliders (3 pieces) Southern Spices, this was good. Juicy at the same time balance was just perfect. Peppercorn and curry leaves flavour. Good punch. Lettuce/leaves/cheese/mayo/tomato/onion/patty. Overall good. Its small then a normal bun and bigger than a slider bun. A mini meal by itself. Must try. Lot of options available as well. Mumbai Tawa Pulav (new addition in the menu) so Mumbai. Has that extra bit of oil which we get when we have the tawa pulav. Nice punch. Loaded with flavours. Paneer/carrots/beans/onions. Served with a fried papad and Raita. Loved the dish. Dessert: new in the menu. Orange mousse with yogurt and cream. Lovely. Must try. Served in a barni / Small Jar. Colourful. Overall - Had a lovely time here. The Mini tarts were a miss. I'm sure they would do some R&D and get this sorted. Go for D: OH - Recommended.
