Glasshouse is the all-day dining restaurant at the Hyatt Regency hotel. As the name suggests, a lot of glass elements have been used in this simple, spacious contemporary restaurant. There is an open kitchen in the middle where all the action is, you can see chefs busy at work and the ambience is casual and comfortable. The menu includes international dishes as well as Indian kebabs and curries. Along with their regular À la carte menu, there is a buffet spread as well. If you are tired of buffet spreads, opt for one of their wood fire oven pizzas that also come in a whole wheat option if you ask for it.
