Glasshouse is the all day dining restaurant at the Hyatt Regency hotel. As the name suggests, a lot of glass elements have been used in this simple, spacious contemporary restaurant. There is a open kitchen in the middle where all the action is, you can see chefs busy at work and the ambiance is casual and comfortable. The menu includes International dishes as well as Indian kebabs and curries. Along with their regular À la carte menu there is a buffet spread as well. If you're tired of buffet spreads, opt for one of their wood fire oven pizzas that also come in a whole wheat option if you ask for it.
The overall experience at the restaurant was fabulous. The salmon is amazing and so are the Pizzas! Prashant Mishra assisted us with the service throughout and it was extremely pleasant.
loved the dinner buffet at this place. not too crowded and friendly staff. deserts were awesome and great variety too.
This Hotel is awesome. The rooms are very comfy. The food is really really good. However, the thing that stands out the most is how friendly and professional the staff are. Notably, Nikhil is quite a good example. He would get out of his own way to make sure that the clients are satisfied and happy when he’s around.
Took my parents for dinner at the Glasshouse to celebrate their 30th Wedding Anniversary. The ambience were simple and beautiful. We were served by Reynold who was extremely polite and he even suggested us dishes which were extremely delicious thus showcasing his knowledge and professionalism. Overall, the experience was more than just satisfied, a big thanks to Reynold, and i am hoping to re-visit this place soon.

They offer you a much more varied and extensive cuisine palette, which spans across the globe handpicking the best of cuisines. Every luxurious five star restaurant has one and they are more accessible to any other standalone restaurants. You can’t fault with the all-day dining establishments. Not only are they best at what they do, they offer you the best of service, menu and ambience. Choosing the right restaurant out of all the hotels is a daunting task so we suggest you go for the best, which is ‘Glasshouse’ of Hyatt Regency Hotel in Andheri West. It is Mumbai’s finest all-day dining spot, armed with a spectacular menu and stunning modern appearance.
Hyatt is known to have fabulous gastronomy and with Glasshouse it has done any different. The menu of Glasshouse is, as expected of a luxurious 24X7 dining restaurant, global so there is something for everyone. For desi-at-hearts they keep a North Indian menu and for those with well-travelled palettes they have Continental and Italian menu. Start your evening by choosing a drink from their impressive bar menu. Nibble alongside on, salad nicoise, malai seekh kebab, jhinga koliwada, Greek salad, paratdaar paneer, tandoori murgh tikka and dahi palak ke kebab. Main course selection is wider than its appetizers selection. Try, fish n chips, pizza margherita, wok fried noodles, chicken tikka sandwich, subz khichadi, lamb roganjosh, steamed fish in teriyaki sauce, vegetable in garlic basil, penne carbonara, grilled sea bass, Thai curry, chicken burger, prawn zhinga pepper fry, dum biryani, rajmah masala and prawns in oyster chilli.
Kids have fun choosing their final dessert course. Glasshouse does gulab jamun, pista kulfi, strawberry baked cheesecake, chocolate walnut brownie, ice creams, cherry poached apples with mango sauce and apple pie served with cinnamon ice cream. Décor wise you will find Glasshouse to be stylish and contemporary. Clean edgy lines makes up for the space. During the day what seems like an average elegant dining room transforms itself into something spectacular as the evening falls. Their play with technicolour lights lends the room an attractive lounge-like appeal. Glasshouse is classy, modern and stylish. A great option for business meetings or a cosy dinner for two. The only hitch is that its expensive.
