First course entails, steamed chicken siu mai, crackling pork, song of the dragon chicken, Sichuan chili baby corn, spicy lemon coriander soup, soft shell crab pepper salt, stuffed shitake in five spice chili honey sauce and sliced fish roasted chili wild pepper. Enjoy the main course of stir-fried five treasure vegetables, crispy aromatic duck, mapo tofu, lobster butter chili oyster, eggplant in spicy tobaijan sauce and stone wok cooked Mongolian lamb.
The menu is wonderfully extensive and liberally sprinkled with various mouth-watering Chinese delights. Match your meal with Golden Dragon’s gourmet tea. They keep some amazing oriental blends assured to increase the flavour of your meal. For dessert you can indulge in some exotic sweets such as, chilled mango pudding, batter fried milk cake, darsaan, chilled rambutan, flambéed bitter chocolate & candied ginger dim sum and sesame walnut toffee. - You can order off-the-menu if you seem confident enough! Tell the waiter that you've heard that the chef does authentic Hunan and Sichuan food and they will usually agree to give you the kind of food that people really eat in China
- The current menu goes beyond China to take in the food of overseas Chinese communities. You'll find a version of Singapore Chilli Crab and many other dishes that are unknown in Sichuan but are popular in Colaba
