Went on a Sunday Night and the vibe was amazing! Great music great food. Loved it.

Highly recommend their Keema Pav!! The menu’s have wacky names and very unique.

Would highly recommended visiting.

The Manager incharge was amazing and handled the system error issue perfectly. He went personally and asked customers if there was any ordered pending to be delivered and made sure customers were aware about the situation so they could show more grace. Great Customer Service.

I recently visited Hitchki in Ghatkopar and had a delightful experience. The ambiance is inviting and chic, perfect for a relaxed dining outing. I went in the late afternoon and found plenty of seating available, which was great. The food is truly delicious, especially the non-vegetarian dishes that are packed with flavor. I also appreciated the creative names and diverse cocktail options on the menu, adding a fun twist to the dining experience. The washroom facilities are clean and well-maintained. The music played complements the vibe, enhancing the overall atmosphere. In general, it was a thoroughly enjoyable visit and I look forward to returning.

Hitchki, located on the ground floor of R City Mall in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, is a vibrant dining and nightlife destination offering a fusion of North Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. The restaurant is renowned for its lively ambiance, featuring modern decor and a mix of Bollywood and Hip-Hop music. The restaurant also offers a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and spirits, making it an ideal spot for both dining and socializing. The food was delicious, but they should work on improving their mocktails range.

Food was ok. But drinks we got scammed. Ordered hangover LIIT the glass they served has a filter in it becoz of which the drink received was half the quantity.photo attached for same. Service was too very slow.the place was not full but the servers were not available to serve or to take order. Over all disappointed.

The overall experience is okay
The food we like is the only masala peanuts
The paneer bao has some weird sauce which spoils the food taste ,Ambience is good
The names are creative and irrelevant because of which it’s difficult to understand the dish

Recently I went here after a long time and was happy to find out that the food is still as good as it always was. Their menu has always fascinated me for not just its creatively named dishes but also for their set combos. Their 'ticken chikka' & chicken champaran was delicious and the portion sizes were filling too, though I feel mocktails were very sugar n basic, could have been better. I went on a weekday afternoon and it was empty but the service was very slow, the first dish took almost half an hour to come, there on it was ok. They also denied certain dishes as I booked the table through swiggy for a discount, which was unfair. Lastly pointing out some hygiene issues as there were a lot of flies hovering over the food throughout the time we ate and you do not expect that in a restaurant this big and the staff didn't do much to help than just blaming the rains for it, it just made the experience not as good as much we paid for it.

Service is a little bit slow however food was delicious, interior is also good, hope you will like it.

Very rarely i give low stars to restaurants but we went here on a holiday afternoon for lunch and we were expecting good food and service from hitchki. But alas it was the exact opposite.  Let's start with food. We ordered the non veg platter and one of the platter chicken was not available.. that's fine. But when the platter was served it had almost gone cold. And you know how barbeque chicken becomes when it gets cold. It loses the juiciness and taste. The fish was ok. We liked the shengdana and chakli more than the chicken?. Then came the mocktails which were also not that great. We only liked the guava one, rest all were average or bad. The peri peri fries has so little peri peri masala.. McD peri peri fries have more masala than these. We ordered the ramen as well.. big mistake.. not at all good. Now regarding service, it was so difficult to get someone to take our order. We ordered the starters and after that it was taking too much effort to get them to bring spoons, tissues. We asked for extra green chutney and it never arrived. The waiters will group up and talk with each other but won't be attentive to guests. I am not sure how the manager is managing the staff. Overall experience was not great at all.
