The Inorbit Mall at Malad is a popular spot for shopping but also houses some wonderful restaurants. One of them is Indigo Deli, a superbly popular chain of restaurants that is everyone's favourite. The restaurant like its other outlets has wooden interiors and is well lit. There is even a small section where they retail from where you can buy some of their products. They have a lovely breakfast menu and interesting mains but the popular dishes are their burgers and sandwiches, especially the seriously sloppy Joe sandwich and the Philly cheese steak ones.
Loved the food, ordered the tacos, kung pao chicken, pork belly.....everything was delicious, even their fries were great. The service is also very good
Visited Indigo Deli on 17th July at In orbit mall , Malad - Mumbai ! Was disappointed to see that the entire restaurant was smelling / bad odour post their floor mopping and we had to request to use room spray ! The staff was very unfriendly and even the air cons were off as it was very humid ! A very bad experience indeed ! PS - We walked away and went to the nearby place Made in Punjab which was classy and Royal ! Awesome food !
Really Good Food - specially the BBQ Pizza - only that the crust is slightly too thin and becomes too crisp (crumbly). Burger was really juicy and satisfying. Didn't like the mocktails
Restaurant serves mainly European food as well as Italian food. Service is good and food is also tasty. 10 percent service charge is charged for the food and alcoholic drinks.
This place has been a favourite over the years. We had the Prawn tempura with wasabi mayo, Fish tikkas with mango mustard relish and a mint chutney, harissa grilled chicken with a quinoa salad, hazelnut chocolate tart with a mango mousse lolly and finished this indulgent meal with a French pressed Ethiopian coffee with a citrus hint. We also had a plum caipiriojca and a pomegranate martini. Everything was close to perfect. The service is friendly, and leaves you less inclined to pick out flaws in the food. This was a leisurely meal after which we could barely move. The best way to enjoy a meal at indigo, is if you give them time to prepare your meal, and give yourself time to enjoy it.
There is a section of gourmets in Mumbai who don’t mind splurging for good quality food and can go an extra mile for classy comfort. One of their old time favorite spots for a wholesome meal is ‘Indigo Delicatessen’, a chain of deli-inspired eateries tucked all over Mumbai. There are a great number of Indigo Delicatessen outlets all across the city but for those living around Malad should gravitate towards Inorbit Mall, Link Road, Malad West, where another one of their outposts are located. The popularity for Indigo Delicatessen is prevalent amongst well-travelled palates and upper crust. The comforting global food served here draws a certain kind of patrons. The restaurant opens around noon and remains functional little past midnight. The vibe is always cheerful yet cozy here.
Get your fill of delectable juicy burgers or wafer thin pizzas by dining at Indigo Delicatessen, or if you are a major sugar buff then try some of their sublime desserts. Those who have only dreamed of trying delicacies like roast beef sandwich or freshest of loaded salads can fulfil their fantasy at Indigo Delicatessen. This outlet is a regular haunt for celebs so if you get to dine back to back with your favourite star then you should definitely pop in. Start your day with a generous breakfast or stop by in the evening for a wonderful supper. Try out some of their bestsellers, Indigo Deli Reuben sandwich, blackened salmon burger, sun-dried tomatoes olives & capers pizza, beer batter-fried vegetables, farfalle with three mushroom ragout, lemon butter calamari, Philly cheese steak sandwich and 3 smoked peppers & 3 cheese pizza.
Sugar buffs will have a fantastic time wading through Indigo Delicatessen’s dessert menu. The dreamy selection of comforting European desserts hits just the right spot. Chocolate marquise, blueberry mascarpone mousse cake, croissant bread pudding, The Deli banoffee pie, passion fruit and raspberry Bavarian, liquid chocolate cake, are heavenly concoctions. Service is quite prompt. Ask your server for any queries and they will be happy to help. The sleek charcoal-toned exterior of the restaurant draws your eye and as you step inside, you are met with a lovely sight. Décor is welcoming, modern, stylish and rustic chic. The elaborate use of wooden finishes with fashionable European design gives an attractive appearance to the dining room. This place is always hopping so book in advance.
