The compact seating and the decorative trees used as pillars, give this place a garden-esque feel and add to the charm. From stouts to Irish red ale to Belgian wit, the beer menu offers them all. There are some fun beer shots available too. As the name suggests, this place is clearly a heaven for beer lovers. Of course, the bar menu includes a fair amount of spirits and cocktails as well. The food menu is equally exhaustive and offers Indian, Chinese with an Indian twist and European comfort food with several vegetarian options. The Pulled Pork Crostini here is hugely popular. The Shanghai Chicken replete with fiery sauces and spices instantly wows Indian taste buds. The portions are indeed hearty and can be shared. The Chicken Dumplings, although well-made lack the punch. The Herb Crusted Chicken With Pesto Risotto more than makes up. While the texture of the risotto is a bit dry, the herb-marinated chicken is luscious and succulent. The Non-Veg Kaitlyn’s Special Pizza is overly cheesy but pizza lovers will never complain. Interestingly, this place serves no desserts. The service staff is polite and helpful but could be a bit more alert.
The noodles were DELICIOUS, and the beer is GREAT. You have a huge variety to choose from. The enviorment is very pleasing specially after a warm day walking around Mumbai. The view is pleasant and the music is lovely. If they had Karaoke night I would stay there forever.
Avoid this place like the plague. I've been to this place a few times now, and, sadly, given the kind of reviews this place seems to get from the 'professional gastro experts', I was let down like a wet sock dangling out to dry. I caught the stomach bug. Twice! Not so good for a kitchen that seems to have succeeded in pulling the wool over most professionals... (sigh.. Where's an efficiently honest Anthony Bourdain when you need him)... The grummy, pretentious, dingy, half-empty (think hollow echos in an empty hall) ambiance should have been a good give away to the analytical mind - or, indeed, anyone who walks in with a open set of eyes, and nostrils; but we live in a society of zomato-rating driven herd mentality. I might be an outlier, for whom somehow frozen meat and fish chunks microwaved and slapped on with coriander doesn't quite pass the acid test. Day two, and I'm recovering well from the stomach bugs, and the bucket full of hydration seems to be working. Would I go again to the Drinking Well which let lose the bubonic plague? I'll answer that question once the tumultuous harmonics of the Ramones quitens down in my belly...
Horrible experience!! The valet guy smashed my brand new car and told me to claim insurance. The manager was rude and uncooperative. Told me it's not a big deal and was very casual about the entire situation. The valet parks the car in illegal parking spots and drives cars rashly! Don't go to this place
Another great evening at Kaitlyn’s Beer Garden. Don’t judge the restaurant by its name. . The atmosphere is very welcoming with lovely decor. The Fruit Punch Mocktail and Caesar Salad, it’s just a simple dish you’ll find almost in every restaurant; but somehow KBG has deliciously made these simple dishes. Recommended Appetisers- -> Trio Hummus -> Charcoal Paneer Tikka -> Jalapeño Poppers Also on the Menu for the Cheese Stuffed Cigars it’s written tht ‘cheese cigars with spicy chilly sauce’ but the sauce is really not spicy... so the dip really didn’t go well with the cigars The best part of the meal was THE HERBIVORES Herbivore is basically an eye catching sandwich... with some exotic veggies inside.. along with chipotle mayo and fries... Paneer Tikka Pizza was again something great at KBG And for the desserts.. Go for the Triple Chocolate Biscotti. Nevertheless, Looking forward to visit this place again already.
Food - 9/10 Ambiance - 9/10 Service - 9/10 VFM - 8/10 What stands out - their signature cocktails. My wife and I visited this wonderful restaurant on a weeknight and this place was about half full. The place is on the second floor. The place has great interiors especially the artificial trees with lightings look great. The tables are comfortable and very well spaced out though I don't know why they chose chairs with arm support only on one side. It's not at all uncomfortable but just different. We arrived a little early and the music was soft and comforting. As the night progressed, the music ever so slightly got louder and better. The dance floor is small though. We called for the following 1. Apple Cider - 10/10 2. Hummus Trio - 9/10 3. Fruit LIIT - 9/10 4. Pahadi Paneer Tikka - 10/10 5. Wild Mushroom Risotto - 10/10 6. Bandra Burger - 9/10 7. Gin and Tonic - 9/10 All in all this is a solid place to enjoy beer and food of the top class. Strongly recommended.
