Chef Pooja Dhingra is single handedly responsible for introducing the city to macarons and Le 15 Patisserie has till date remained the Macaron masters. The patisserie in Bandra is tiny, ideally meant for takeaway but there are a few tables to sit and enjoy your sugary treat. While the signature here is the array of macarons in different flavours, they also have cupcakes, choux pastries, cakes, tarts and an assortment of pastries. There is not anything savoury on this menu. Usually, the full cakes are made to order but on occasion, you might find one on display if you are lucky. Sugar addicts cannot get enough of this patisserie and if you try and pop by for a late-night snack, you might be disappointed as the counters get emptied by 9 pm.
