The décor here might be simple and sans frills, but the food is the mainstay, and that is how this restaurant has been ever since its inception in 1977. Fresh and the best quality seafood in myriad preparations, is what you can hope to enjoy here. The seating section upstairs is cosy and offers privacy. The menu boasts of various sections with offerings in seafood, chicken and mutton but of course, seafood, particularly Mangalorean preparations, is what people frequent this place for. Interestingly, there are Chinese dishes on the menu too. The distinct flavours of each dish set it apart, as do the home-style cooking methods. One cannot leave this place without trying the 'Fish Tawa Fry'. The robust and rustic flavours of the well-marinated mutton make this dish unique. Vegetarians may be at a bit of a loss here, although there is a fair amount to choose from. The bartenders offer exciting cocktails too. The staff is polite and attentive and the service brisk. When in doubt, ask the staff for recommendations.
