This family dining restaurant located strategically, with a focus on Malvani food, is a haven for seafood lovers. The décor is traditional and elegant and the vibe, homely. The seating is plush and comfortable. The exhaustive menu offers Malvani food along with North Indian dishes. There is a bar menu on offer too. Given the place, some of the cocktails, are fairly unique. The 'Seafood Ukal Soup' is comforting and flavourful. The 'Mutton Vade', 'Surmai Fry', 'Veg Gassi' and 'Mangalorean Tawa Fish', stand out among the vast array of offerings. The menu may be partial towards carnivores, but vegetarians will not be short-changed. Apart from coastal food, there are the usual North Indian dishes available too. The seafood is fresh, of good quality and well-cooked, although a wee bit over-spiced in some preparations. Among desserts, the 'Gadbad Ice Cream' although decadent, is not value-for-money.
