Honestly, the pizza was a letdown — barely any flavor and the base had those burnt black particles at the bottom, probably from the wood-fired oven. Im assuming? It felt more like cardboard than something you would enjoy eating. The garlic knots were just bland bread with barely any garlic. Overall, lacked flavor and felt incomplete. Definitely not worth the try.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Olio Pizza (Vasai West). I simply confronted them for doing fake advertising on Swiggy/Zomato, where they falsely claim to have dine-in available. When I politely told them not to mislead customers, the person on WhatsApp started abusing and threatening me, saying things like “Aayega to mar khayega” (if you come, you’ll get beaten).

This is completely unacceptable and dangerous behavior from a business that serves the public. Instead of apologizing or correcting their false listing, they threatened physical violence for pointing it out.

No genuine customer should ever face this kind of intimidation for simply asking for honesty. It clearly shows their lack of professionalism, ethics, and respect for customers.

⚠️ Be careful before ordering from or visiting this outlet.
If they can threaten customers online, imagine how unsafe it would be to visit their place in person.

I’m also planning to report this to Swiggy, Zomato, and local consumer authorities so that such behavior doesn’t continue. Businesses like these don’t deserve to be on trusted food platforms.
