Despite Jiggs Kalra not being a part of the chain anymore (he's sold out) the new chef and management have still maintained his quality and standard of food. This fine-dine restaurant has four outlets across the city. The outlet at Palladium has subtle tasteful decor with long hanging chandeliers. The outlet at Juhu is the largest one. As the name suggests, this is pure Punjabi fare with hot favourites like the bhatta da murgha, tandoori guchchi and the chaap tajdaar. There are some interesting items like a tandoori duck, salmon tikka and even tandoori scallops.
