Ruby Talkies

A very good place to meet and greet friends or go on a date.

Food is tasty. The noodles were quite oily though.

The cocktails were awesome. The variety and the flavour both. This is quite rare when you choose diff cocktails from the mainstream ones.

Service is good. Staff is courteous. Music is not too loud. Choice of songs super.

Most attractive thing about this cafe is the crad game they have kept at each table for the people to enjoy the conversations they are having at this table.

All in all a very good experience.

This place offers fantastic retro vibes paired with amazing food! The tabletop icebreakers are a unique and fun touch, making it perfect for everything from a first date to a casual catch-up with friends. A great spot for good food and even better conversations! Would highly recommend all of their cocktails and mocktails as well!

I recently dined at Ruby Talkies cafe bar and unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. I specifically requested that my Mushroom Chilly be prepared without spice or sweetness, but it was served sweet, which was quite disappointing. I also ordered vegetable fried rice, but it smelled like plain boiled rice. It seems the staff did not take my preferences into account, which affected the overall experience. I hope the restaurant improves its attention to customer requests in the future.

Ruby Talkies is a nice mix of vintage styles and contemporary ways. The place has a retro cinema touch at the same time maintains a comforting and a homely feel. The U-shaped bar and the sleeper wood stage floor with oversize metallic retro Freddie Mercury wallpaper makes for a perfect artistic background corner. The cinematic props, lovely pictures - all make for a nice decor.

There is good music and the place hosts live music, stand up comedy etc quite often.

We liked the menu that has quite interesting dishes from various places. I liked that the food had delicious flavour and nothing was overdone in any way.

We were hosted by Trending Influencers and Roopam for a lovely lunch here.

I loved the beers and the signature cocktails called Million Dollar Baby.

In starts we had:

1. Nagarjuna Paneer / Chicken : This is now officially my most favourite. I especially liked the nagarjuna paneer the mostest. Brilliant flavour.

2. Loaded Nachos : Very authentic Mexican dish and good portion size.

3. Pepper Chicken : What is not to love here.

4. Mashroom Chilly Asian Style : I liked it.

5. Classic Paneer Chilly : Lovely.

6. Kothimbir Vadi : Super delicious

Dessert: Malaika On Toast was a homely cream on toasted bread dish.

Definitely recommend to visit and have lovely dishes like Nagarjuna paneer and enjoy the drinks.

There are some places that are just perfect for the weekends. One such place is Ruby talkies. This place is superb when it comes to food and ambience.

We went here on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. It has a huge screen where there is a movie playing. We began with the starters. We tried the tandoori mushrooms which tasted excellent. We also tried the crispy chicken tenders, this was served with a delicious dip and it complimented it so well. We also tried the mushroom risotto for the mains. It was truly one of the best risotto I have ever tried. They also have generous portion sizes.

Overall, we highly recommend this place. It's a must visit if you have to spend time with your friends, family or partner.

This visit was horrendous and soo extremely disappointing. The servers are not only clumsy but rude beyond imaginable . The ripped us off the bill and was extorting us for more money though the amount was already paid. When disputed then manager Raj was arrogant and nasty . Started to use the phone recorder. The lack absolute customer service with no level of suphosticaion.  The service is poor and your extremely slow. We had to wait for a minimum of 45 mins per order even though there were only around 2 -3 table occupied with 2-3 people... If you can please skip this place. Just not worth it.

Food is ok. Bit expensive. But they have dine in offer through Zomato. So then the pricing is fine with offer. Ambience is quite good. They have a big projector screen with movie going on. The ac was good too. Staff was very friendly. They had good number of games available for customers to play. Indoor and outdoor seating area is available. Good number of crowd were present as soon as the restaurant opened. Parking available. Underground they have another restaurant called 5Spice.

Ruby Talkies is a culinary delight wrapped in nostalgic Bollywood vibes! The ambience is cozy and enchanting, with retro music adding to the charm. From the first bite to the last, the food is an explosion of flavors. Portion sizes are generous, making every meal a satisfying experience.
