I was disappointed with the quality of the fillings. While it’s understandable that ingredients like lettuce and tomato are served cold, the fried fillings such as crispy chicken and potato were also cold, which took away from the overall experience. The contrast between hot and cold elements is key to enjoying a good taco, and this missed the mark.

1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to Taco Bell. I ordered the Fiery Volcano Burrito (Veg) and Taco (Veg), expecting a delicious, hot meal. Unfortunately, what I got was a cold, uninspiring experience.

Cold Food - Not Baked!

When I unwrapped my burrito and taco, I was shocked to find that they were cold to the touch. genuinely cold. It was clear that they hadn't been baked or heated properly. As a customer, I shouldn't have to microwave my food to make it edible.

Microwaving My Meal - Unacceptable!

I had to microwave my burrito and taco for several minutes just to make them palatable. This is not what I expect from a reputable fast-food chain like Taco Bell. The lack of attention to detail and quality control is appalling.

*Disappointing Quality*

The Fiery Volcano Burrito and Taco (Veg) were supposed to be flavorful and satisfying. Instead, they were bland and uninspiring. The cold temperature only made the experience worse.

Poor Customer Service

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed uninterested and unapologetic. No effort was made to rectify the situation or offer a replacement.

Unacceptable Experience

This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. As a vegetarian, I expect more from Taco Bell. The lack of care and attention to detail is unacceptable.

Until Taco Bell addresses their quality control issues, I would advise others to avoid this location. If you're looking for a satisfying, hot meal, consider alternative options.

Well taco bell is my favourite Mexican fast food restaurant.

I believe the food here is better than bun based food.

I would recommend going in for tacos than their burritos.

Do ask for offers.

Taco bell is known for its tacos but I prefer the 7 layer burrito and the churros with the yummy fudge sauce. Makes me smile. Healthy yet tasty and makes me want to keep eating more.

Taco Bell is located in the food court on 3rd floor of the Growels 101 mall Kandivali West.
Yesterday I visited this place with my friends and they served a variety of tacos, wraps and much more..!
If you want to try the amazing Mexican flavour this is the perfect place. Staff was polite.!

I have never tried tacos but I was excited to try it and for my expectations it was simply amazing!
Taco filled it with lots of veggies, cheesy sauce and topped with Mozzarella cheese..too yummy

Chorus and chocolate dip was too delicious. The consistency of chocolate dip was perfect! Chorus was crunchy. Best dessert..!
