This spacious and luminous lounge bar spells opulence and yet, there is something inherently warm about it. The large and well-stocked bar at the farthest end is eye-catching. The seating area near the bar is casual, while the other area mainly for diners is staid and comfortable. One goes expecting some drama and theatrics as the name suggests, but there isn’t any. Yes, the menu is full of twists galore - their own interpretation of some Indian dishes as well as global ones, but being true to the ingredients and cuisine. Comfort food is the common thread that binds all sections of the menu. Bhatti Murgh Souvlaki is an interesting take on the Greek dish, with robust charcoal-grilled chicken served on a pita bread with creamy tzatziki. The Madras Curry Chicken Risotto perks up your taste buds and is worth a try. The fiery Konkan Thali strongly reminiscent of home food includes Pandhra and Tambda Rassa for the twist which is decidedly different. The Smuggled Cigars with Moong Dal Halwa stuffed-phyllo and luscious Rabdi is a treat for dessert lovers. The portions are generous and value-for-money. The staff is a bit sluggish but helpful nevertheless.
Tamasha is an amazing place to hang out with friends for a party. The ambience is amazing with some nice cool music that plays in background. The food here is tasty and really good The stuff I ordered here was : 🌠Chicken Sriracha (5/5) recommended Crispy fried kfc style fried chicken marinated in Sriracha sauce and rolled in corn flour and deep fried. 🌠Kadhai Nachos (5/5) recommended A mountain of nachos served in khadai topped with beans and cheese along with some jalepeno 🌠Tempura Prawns (5/5) recommended Huge size tempura prawns served along with some wasabi sauce. The prawns here were nice and fresh and went along well with the wasabi sauce and mayonise 🌠Veg corn cheese Kebab (4/5) Veg corn kebab served along with mint chutney some biryani rice in a bowl and yoghurt .The kebab were a bit dry and had a strong flavour of a certain masala. Else it would have tasted better 🌠Fish Nimbu Mirchi (5/5) Basa fish coated and deep fried and later tossed with some lemon garlic and red chillies and served nice piping out. A truly tasty and yummy dish 👉Mocktails 🌠Pacific Blue (5/5) Litchi flavour drink and had a nice refreshing Taste 🌠 Sundowner (5/5) 🌠Tamasha punch This drink had the flavour of various fruits and there also fruit pieces present in it 👉Dessert 🌠Vanilla ice cream truffle (5/5) Yummy !!!!Yummy!!!!! Yummy!!!! Two scoops of vanilla and one scoop of och cholate icecream placed over pieces of chocolate fudge and drizzled with chocolate and almond shavings This is all I can say to this dessert . Overall I had a good experience and even their service was fast
I was really excited to go this place as it was an invitation and to add to the fun, it was there retro night. With DJ Bobby K and his vdo Dj I was sure that it is going to be lit. As we reached the place, we were checked in by the guard and was directed to this semi lit area where they had booth style seating and a centre table which ran along the whole area. There was ice in the centre of these tables which got us thinking why!? Later we started to order the drinks while starters were floating in continuously. This place offers you some really desi and close to heart quarter mixes with 90 ml of alcohol in it. After getting our hands on this quarter we realised why the ice was there. This is what we had: Starters Jalapeño and cheese poppers - these were melt in mouth👍 Hyderabadi chicken 65 - chinese with indian twist. Try it. Beer battered fish with wasabi tartar sauce - could be better Fish tikka - soft and juicy inside, fiery outside. 😋😘 Mutton seekh - put it in my mouth, let it melt. 😅😋 Nachos with salsa and guacamole - they mean business.👍 Mains Arrabiata pasta veg - fresh flavours and very delicious Chicken tikka pitza as they call it - tasty dough, topping😘 Drinks Pawsar country - Tequila, triple sec, coffee beans and sprite. A perfect concoction of some real alcohol with soft and bitter tastes. I recommend having this if you want to get kicked later in the stomach. It lacks that much and they serve it a quarter bottle with label of the drink on it. Tharra - Bacardi limon with citrus flavors and fanta is what this drink is all about. As simple its contents are, the more twisted this one is. A western way to turn a desi drink. And those flavors bursting in your mouth with ever sip makes this one a must try. Lawson's potion - I was never into LIITs frankly but after having there desi mixes I was forced into ordering one but this time it was something I really liked. Bacardi, orange juice, aniseed and cola is what it takes to make this LIIT🔥. We really enjoyed a lot here. The music, ambiance, food and especially the cocktails and desi darus everything was just perfect here. I would recommend going to this place more than any other.
This place is pretty LIT. Its a very huge property which i feel is worth for every penny. We started with mushroom galouti kebab. It was too soft and tender and could be gulped in a single bite. Hari mirchi fish tikka was again very soft and tender and it was marinated in hari mirchi which gave it a very pleasant taste. Dahi ke kebab was love which had a very good after taste of dahi in it. It was aptly cooked and was very soft. In desserts, we took dark chocolate nutell jagri seasame cake and banoffi cheese cake jar. Desserts were love and a must try. Definitely recommended. Cheers.

Nightlife of Mumbai can be quite eclectic, if you have a taste for eccentric unexpected kind of scenes. At every turn, the city can amaze you with its unbridled passion for life and do not back away from enjoying life to its fullest. Visit any lounge or a bar close to you and get a sense of what we are talking about by yourself. While you are wading your way through Mumbai, make it a point to stop by this hot new lounge that seems to have taken Mumbaikers by storm. Called ‘Tamasha’ locally, the lounge has ensnared the imaginations of party-hoppers with its lively vibe and laid back atmosphere. Tamasha nestles in a trendy busy corner of Lower Parel on the ground level of Victoria House. The lounge is popular and sought after by the youths.
Like any great lounge, Tamasha pays special attention to its bar selection, which is quite extensive and fabulous. If you happen to be a booze connoisseur, your visit to Tamasha will be a delightful one. Take a table in their outdoor area and start your evening at Tamasha with a potent molecular cocktail. If you like where you are heading, dive in further with another round of signature cocktails or flaming shots. Beers, scotch, wine etc. are too featured on the menu. For that salty kick, munch on, spiced guava chicken salad, chicken gyoza, dahi kebab, Bhatti murgh souvlaki, buttermilk chicken tenders, tenderloin escalopes and Malabari smoked prawns. Any leftover hunger pangs can be quenched with an assortment of mains like, spicy caprese pizza, laal maas irun, creamy black mushroom risotto, vodka clove cardamom biryani, Japanese bento box and buff roast.
Tamasha’s menu is an exciting study, which promises creativity and bags of flavor. Continue your journey further with final sweet course. Select a few desserts to sweeten your palette like, sundae fondue, banoffee cheesecake jar, crisp moong dal halwa cigars, chocolate pan wedge and Mumbai mawa cake cream toast. Live performances on Wednesday nights are something to look forward to. One thing could be said about Tamasha – its generous spaciousness. Furnishings are wood-heavy and has a masculine appeal. The ceiling drips with yellow bulbs washing the entire room with a bright soft glow. Seating is casual and comfy. Go with a group of friends to enjoy the lounge, it’s not too expensive as well.
