The animated vibe and cheerful décor of this place beckon you instantly. The seating is comfortable and varied. Expect a menu which offers Indian cuisine curated in a modern style with global influences. The sloppy Joe jackfruit sliders stand out owing to the robust flavours and textures, making a carnivore forget his meat for a change. 'Kingfish Bhurji Kadak Roomali' is any seafood lover’s delight. Tamarind and Tellicherry pepper roasted 'Pumpkin Pyaaz Thorran' is infused with comforting flavours and the innovation subtle. Less is more is the mantra here and the food is sans any gimmicks. The presentation maybe quirky but the flavours are Indian to the core. Old monk soaked roasted 'Lamb Boti', 'Haleem Khow Suey' and 'Moong Dal Keema Buttered Edamame' and 'Roti Canai' are a must try. For those who prefer simple food, the good or classics are there too. The ‘Tappa Specials’ from the vast cocktail menu are worth trying. Among desserts, 'Filter Coffee Dates Sticky Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream' and 'Malpua Pancakes' with 'Jaggery and Fennel Maple Syrup' are guilty pleasures worth indulging in. Service is efficient and unobtrusive; the staff well-versed with the offerings.
