I recently visited this café, and it was an absolute disaster. The moment I walked in, the waiter greeted me with a cold stare instead of a smile and didn’t even bother to acknowledge my presence when I sat down. I asked for a menu, and he just waved me off without a word, leaving me waiting for what felt like an eternity. When he finally came to take my order, his tone was rude, and he seemed completely uninterested in helping. I asked about a few items on the menu, and he rolled his eyes as if I was bothering him.

To make matters worse, the waiter gave me completely misleading information about the dishes. I specifically asked if the salad had any nuts in it due to allergies, and he assured me it didn’t. When it arrived, it was loaded with almonds. I asked for a replacement, and he acted annoyed, claiming, "You should have known better."

The service was slow, and when I finally received my food, it was cold, poorly presented, and tasteless. The waiter didn’t even check in once to see how things were going, despite me being the only customer in the café at that point. When I asked for the check, he just dropped it on my table without a word, and I had to call him over to pay.

This was by far the worst café experience I’ve ever had, and I will never be returning. The misleading information, terrible service, and rude attitude make it clear that this place has no regard for its customers.

This Pub is on the 2nd floor of Growel’s Mall (near Akurli Metro Station). The food average quality and quantity wise and bit expensive! For alcohol, the Happy Hours were running till 8pm. However, if one is coming after 8pm or is planning to eat more rather than drinking, then would suggest to take the Zomato Gold offer (book and pay through Zomato app)!
Liked the fact that they had kept lot of board games (one additional star for that).

The beer cafe is a great cafe to go to if you want to try craft beers or some draught beers also with some delicious munchies and chilli with friends.

My husband loved the hefeweizen beer.

We tried the paneer chilli which was good. The bits of crushed black pepper added a nice flavor to it.

The piri piri potato wedges were fantastic. Super super crisp. Totally enjoyable with the beer. Best!

The paneer tikka was delicious. Soft, well marinated and very flavorful. Loved it.

The veg spring rolls could have been better.

The green chutney served with papads could have been of a better consistency (a little thicker) but tasted great.

For mains we tried dal makhani and paratha. The Paratha were good but the dal could have been better. The garlic naan was a little thick and chewy.

Gulab jamun churros again could have been fluffy and soft.

The service was poor though. I was asked for the type of water I need but wasn't served any till we asked for some at the end of our meal.
Definitely needs to improve the service.

First of all no proper signboard for beer cafe we were keep roaming on the 2nd floor after 10-15 mins got to know its nearby pop tates only.

After we settled down on table no one was coming to the table to take order, we were literally keep staring on the bar counter by waving hands to call someone.

Somehow we manager to put order. Beers were overhyped and overpriced, we tried mango Bira exclusive beer and trust me it was very bad in taste.

We ordered chicken lollipops named in menu as dreams or heaven which we got after we finished our pints (20-25 mins) but taste was very good.

Despite of their poor service they levy 10% service charge because its already written on their menu. If you ask to remove it they will not allow you to make the payment through zomato / swiggy dineout.

Will not recommend to anyone.

Its a beer cafe. So you'd expect beers to be atleast moderately good by Indian standards coz in India anything works.

Went there, most of their Draught beers were flat. Absolutely dead and i think it was like that for weeks. I know how beers work. They have no knowledge of keg storage.

So i switched to canned beers thinking what could go wrong. Well it can. These cans were stored in very high temperatures earlier resulting in total dilution of taste and again no fizz. Dead as a stone.

The staff is not keen to attend . Have to look around wave your hands frantically for someone to notice you and serve you another flat dead beer

To the owner. I am not interested in spoonfeeding you so that you can "Deep Dive" into the issue. Tell your friend to go as a regular guest and ask him about the experience.

Send someone who knows a thing or two about beers, not someone who cannot understand the difference between a beer and chilled golden flat water

I am giving a review after going there 3 times.  These guys have have no idea about service. First time they were new so I ignored the experience. Next I took my office colleagues and even in a fairly empty restaurant you will have a difficult time for them to notice you. The final straw was the last time I went there I was told to take a high stool table which  faces the pillar I asked him no I don't want that can you give me a normal seated table, he said no while I can see plenty of tables available. I will rather wait 30 min to go into poptates right next to it. Better in everyway
