The Hilton Hotel is small but pretty with a distinct old world charm to it. The hotel's all day dining restaurant The Brasserie reminds you of an old country club with its cane furniture and old fashioned ceiling fans that turn slowly. There is a small open kitchen and a beautiful view as the restaurant overlooks the swimming pool and there is plenty of greenery around. The menu includes sandwiches, wraps, pasta, risotto and pizza. A mix of Indian and International dishes and is a lovely space to dine at.
Location a one level below the lobby. A small place. Lunch was buffet and they had good variety. Of course at time found attention not so accurate by staff but other time was overwhelming. Probably the way the place and tables are placed.
Went for the lunch buffet and had an amazing experience. The decor and the ambience has a vintage feel and was a pleasant suprise as compared to the common decor that 5 star hotels have. Though the spread is limited the quality is top notch. The service is simply superb. A word of thanks to Tapas for being prompt and efficient. Ashish is a wonderful host and ensures to attend personally to all the geusts. He is certainly an example for people working in the hospitality industry. Overall a great experience. Please do keep up the great work.
The Brasseire is located at the Hilton,Sahar They offer buffet as well as a-la-carte. it is a quier restauant, offers good music, food is good, lot of foreigners do visit this place. Slightly expensive though.
We have our dinner and lunch in the restaurant. Lunch was buffet but they have changed lot of old menu's for good and we have enjoyed the same. Dinner we have duck and lamb. We have really enjoyed the duck preparation.
The Brasserie is a beautiful place located inside Hilton hotel. The place serves North Indian, continental, Italian types of cuisines. The place is huge ,the view is awesome. You will surely have a luxury dining experience here.I visited the place few days back with my friends and had a great dinning experience there. We had a buffet and tried their awesome dishes.
European culture has always attracted us and we have included it in our fine dining scene effortlessly, through either décor or menu. Our fondness for French stuff is legendary and Mumbai has a never ending fascination for the culture. The name ‘The Brasserie’ means ‘a small informal French-style restaurant’ but for Hilton Hotel in Andheri East, The Brasserie serves as a wonderful all-day dining restaurant. The eatery is no less charming though and is a great place to grab a bite or take a business associate out for a power lunch. The old-fashioned vibe of the place serves as an ideal backdrop for a cosy brunch with friends. Being part of a reputed hotel chain, The Brasserie is every bit elegant and upmarket, which shows not only in its ambience but through its flawless service as well.
The mix menu of a variety of international cuisines gives the restaurant its reputation. A gourmet can have a gala time wading through their extensive menu featuring from North Indian to French to Italian to Continental cuisines. People who follow a vegan diet can find a separate section dedicated to them. Combine your meal with a drink of your choice picked from The Brasserie’s encompassing bar menu. If not breakfast, start your culinary journey at The Brasserie with an array of appetizers such as, prawns & crab gateau, wild mushroom soup, bharwan hariyali tikka, Greek salad, pesto glace vegetable skewers and gosht sheek kebab gilafi. Main course is a delicious melange of, kesari paneer, tortellini Portofino, pizza diavola, open face smoked salmon sandwich, white wine poached Hawaii red snapper, murgh dhaniwalla, garden burger, linguini calabrese and wild mushroom & bell pepper tart.
Kids get their own special menu and so does the nocturnal diners. Wrap up the meal at The Brasserie with a plethora of tempting desserts. Feast on, maple & walnut baked cheese cake, pear tatin, chocolate crème brulee, gulab jamun, fudge brownie, kesari matka phirni and in house ice cream. Hilton Hotel has an old fashioned look to it and extends the similar vibe through its 24X7 restaurant The Brasserie. The old world charm shines through its marble flooring, winding staircase, moulded walls and cane furniture. An open kitchen keeps one entertained between courses. As this is a pricey place to dine, it’s better to opt for their buffet, which will be much more reasonable.
