Tucked away in Walkeshwar is this tiny eatery which is hugely popular with the younger crowd. With colourful, eclectic décor and a casual ambience, this place is inviting although with a limited seating capacity. A few seats are available on the ground floor which appears congested, so the mezzanine is a better bet. The all-Vegetarian menu offers, multi-cuisine comfort food - sandwiches, soups, kinds of pasta, chaats, mains, juices and shakes. The 'Cheese Fondue' here is highly sought after. 'Cheese Chilli Toast' and 'Hummus With Grilled Pita' are worth starting your meal with. If something satiating is what you are seeking, the home-made 'Ravioli' and 'Pan-fried Noodles' are a good option. There are a fair amount of pizzas on offer too. The service is a tad slow and one needs to chase the staff for one’s order. The portions too are not exactly generous and are meant for one person only. The staff is polite and helpful.
Simple love the way it's done up, sleek and bright. Theres nothing i'm going to suggest as I love everything that they make fresh like the hot brownies or the rose based desserts - they just melt in your mouth. HIghly recommended!
Another chain of Chef Sanjana's signature store La Folie. Compared to the other La Folie chains in the city, this particular cafe is spacious. The desserts are more or less the same but definitely more variety. During our 1st visit in March, they had introduced a new set of macarons for 'World Macaron Day'. We were amazed to see the variety from Cheetos to lavender and each piece was perfectly crafted and the efforts that were put in to come up with such unique combinations were very distinctively visible. On our 2nd visit, we had the Berries and mint cooler and the Pineapple and passion fruit cooler and both were excellent.
Lovely cafe, lovely food and supremely talented chef. Had the fettuccini pasta and came back for it. the hot chocolate is to die for! will drop by every time i'm in mumbai!
Went there on a Saturday night post dinner. The places was reasonably filled but was lucky enough to get a table. We walked in at around 10:00 PM and a lot of the good things were sold out . I had heard a lot about the hot chocolate at this place, but sadly it was sold out. We had the 100% cookie which is basically freshly baked pure chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream. It was nice and sweet. The infinite caramel and the 100% chocolate were to die for. It was nicely made with pure thick rich chocolate and caramel. One of the best dessert places I've been to. Goona go again without a doubt.
Their coffee, the ambience and everything else on the menu is perfect for a wandering soul! Every preparation is so balanced in taste and healthiness, for example try the avocado tartine, it was the best toast I have ever had! They also have an outdoor seating for the pleasant evenings.
