Thai cuisine and cocktails is what you expect to enjoy at Zorawar Kalra’s newly opened place. Upon delving deeper into the menu, you discover that while the food here is essentially modern Thai, influences of other cuisines – Japanese and American grill, have been cleverly incorporated in the menu as well. Experimental cocktails adroitly mixed by renowned mixologists, at the snazzy bar, are a highlight here. The interiors are expectedly classy and the place, expansive and chic. The high energy is almost palpable from the moment you enter. The 'Distended Chicken' - beer battered chicken marinated with Thai herbs tossed with palm sugar, chillies and coriander, is a delectable treat, with well-balanced flavours. The 'Sea Bass Ceviche', is subtle, flavourful and teases your palate. It is the well-made 'Avocado Salad' with fried garlic and sour pops, which turns out to be a real surprise. The 'Pork Ribs' are bound to appease the palate of any carnivore. The ingredients ooze freshness and this, coupled with Chef Sahil’s cooking prowess, result in dishes which are spot-on in flavours and well-presented too. The service staff is articulate, warm and efficient.
