I have mixed feelings – the place is nice, and everyone was helpful.

but, as usual, when it came to paying... you can't use a card, only cash. the result: they didn't give me 51 rupees change from 500 (they just gave me 200 rs, my order was 249 rs).
without my consent, without warning, nothing at all – they just took it. I was planning on leaving them a tip and coming back - cause this place on my way, but I hate impudence and theft – hence the 1 star.

I understand that the required bill (amount of money) might not be there - but polite people usually offer the customer something in this case: a drink, a few extra momos (I was planning on leaving them for a tip anyway), and generally ask if it's okay and convenient for the customer.
so the first impression is ok, but I don't want to pay a silent "white tax" every time.

It's clear the owner cares about his establishment's reputation and is very good at handling feedback. It's a shame the employee is ruining his reputation (she also didn't give me a receipt), but I did include the approximate time it happened in the review.

Not the best, with that I mean the staff isn’t so nice. When I entered the store, 2 of the staff members were arguing and shouting at each other loudly. They took a while to take my order I was standing there quietly because she was busy shouting at the other employee. Staff just try’s so hard to be nice. but can visit for the good food.

I have ordered Pahari fresh momos but staff punched it as pahari feast momos, and served the same adding extra cost to my budget, and staff was arguing on that, also AC's were not working and files were observed everywhere, fly catcher was off, customer service is very bad

That must have been the worst customer service ive experienced. I’ve straight up been ignored. He did not serve me. Strange

Service was very pleasing, Afreen was kind enough to guide us with our choices. Overall great service.

Terrible experience! Ordered food and it never arrived, but the app shows it as 'delivered'. Customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive. Don't waste your time and money with this app. Worst delivery experience ever!
