The classy space here hosts meals from early morning to midnight, be it lavish buffets or an engaging à la carte list. In the latter, the salad, soup, sandwich and pizza variations are quite delightful. In the former, we noticed the hearty 'Caesar Salad' with bacon, anchovies, garlic croutons, parmesan, and the option of grilled prawns in parsley butter. Among sandwiches, the 'Tenderloin' with cheddar, plum tomatoes, relish and dill pickle is filling. If desi fare is more to your liking, appetisers such as 'Andhra Fried Chicken' (with a curry leaves and black pepper tadka) and 'Pyaz Ke Pakore' with the carom seeds appeal. Western-style entrées include elegant grills (lamb chops, Norwegian salmon, tiger prawns, tenderloin, corn-fed chicken breast and stuffed cottage cheese steak) with a jus naturel, creamy mushroom sauce or lemon-butter-garlic drizzle. A must mention is the ‘Healthy Balance Menu’ with measured portions of steamed proteins, served with veggies and simple sauces. This list also offers healthy smoothies, juices for the immune system, and nutritious, inventive salads (tuna with tangy caperberries, for example).
