Eatsome, with over 6 outlets in the city, is one of the places where people go out for a quick snack, a mid-day meal from work and even dinner sometimes. So, it is that versatility of the dish that is attractive and why not! Most of their wholesome wraps and rolls are priced between Rs. 50 to Rs. 110 and they are quite a filling experience. There are classics like the ‘Tandoori Chicken Wrap’ and some other wraps based on eggs and egg bhurji. If you are worried that the wraps and rolls are made of all-purpose flour, that is not the case. You even get to choose from the whole wheat option that is very much trending today, and certainly a better one. The vegetarian options can be boring because of the marination of the spices and paneer being weak. You might not get that sort of great tasting wrap because they tend to be more on the sweet notes. They load all of them with either Desi Chinese masalas or Tomato Ketchup so it is ideal you ask them to make it spicy so they taste nice. Most of the drinks include flavoured stuff mixed with sodas or you can get those regular soft drinks with fizz. Usually, in summers, they have extra additions of 'Lassi' and 'Chhas' that add a nice touch. If you do not want to eat a wrap here, you can even get the marinated appetizers, which are not many on offer but a basic range does more than anything that you probably need. The service is super quick and you’ll generally get the food in under 5 minutes.
They have a variety of rolls both veg and nonveg. They also serve biryanis and small meals along with drinks. Rolls options include potato, channa, panner, smoked paneer, chilli paneer etc and non veg rolls include, egg roll, chili chicken, bbq chicken etc. They provide rolls in wheat base on request and charge an additional Rs.10. Two rolls after sufficient for a meal. Its cheap, quickly available and portable meal.
Eatsome has a number of outlets in Pune and most ofthem bost of tasty wraps, biriyanis and other verg and non-veg goodies. For some reason the outlet in Destination Centre has more misses than hits. The egg wraps often taste extremely bland without addition of extra ketchup. Some chicken wraps like Chicken tikka wrap, bhuna chicken wrap are good though. The taste of biriyani is a big letdown. Most of the Eatsome outlets provide tasty biriyanis but not this one. They give out discounts on online orders sometimes but the bread used for the wraps are very coarse for discounted wraps. In fact you can see the disapproval in their eyes if you arrive for a discounted order.
Had ordered Paneer Tikka biryani online. The food was delivered promptly. They offer the option of making an online order with some discount for the day and an additional credit to your Paytm account. I got the biryani priced at 160 at an offer of Rs. 135 with an additional credit of Rs. 20 the Paytm account. The biryani was accompanied with a thin gravy in a small satchet and onion rings. I felt the quantity was enough for 2 people but the biryani was a bit dry for my taste.
The rolls are really awesome, I tried Veg wraps - Paneer Tikka and Mix Veg, and they were really good...The offers are also really good and delivery is prompt...
Value for money meals for day to day life, enjoy any rolls to satisfy your hunger. lot of choices in rolls.
