Vintage red brick walls, colourful lamps, wooden furniture, upbeat music, and the sweet aroma of fresh beer wafting around make for this vibrant, brightly lit brewpub. There are usually four to five brews on tap, including a strong, tangy apple and strawberry cider, a robust Irish stout, and a toasty, full-bodied Bavarian lager called Marzen. These go beautifully with their mini chicken pizzas, crunchy onion strings, falafel pockets or lemon herb prawns. For mains, delve into one of their pastas (you can even make your own), sizzlers, pizzas or Indian curries. The best part, however, is how beer has been incorporated into every section of the menu here. From California beer prawns, skillet sizzlers (which has chicken marinated in dark beer and further sautéed with butter), beer and mushrooms, and beer-batter fish and chips to craft beer cocktails such as Brew’gria and SugaBrew, this is one brewpub that clearly takes its beer very seriously.
