Set in a spa resort on the outskirts of the city, expect to find greenery, calm, a soothing décor and serenity here. Definitely a romantic destination for a special meal or family celebration. The menu has North Indian, South Indian and Chinese categories. Of the former, the kababs are recommended, as are the dal Maharani, prawns biryani and murgh malai kurma. A Chinese meal could begin with a flavour-packed lemon coriander soup and ‘Buddha’s Delight’ dim sums (garlic-laced pak choi stuffed in translucent parcels). One could move on to the rawas in butter garlic sauce, roast lamb in burnt chilli sauce or Shanghai cottage cheese. The burnt garlic chilli pot rice or noodles are another tasty option. The South Indian menu is delectable, offering piquant sol kadhi, South-style spiced ‘arancini’, fragrant tamatar saar, tangy chicken caldeen, creamy alleppey curry and carbs like soft neer dosai, unpolished brown rice, delicate idiyappams and more. We are certainly not starved for choice here.
One of the three offerings at Ambrosia, this one offers the full range of cuisine. Ambience is great, food is good too. Finish the entire meal with the pan shots and you are content with the way the evening went!

The platter served 18 yummy pieces of Planner khandari tikka, Hareyali Tandoori Aloo, Planner Malai Tikka, Cheese aue sabz seekh, Tandoori Mushroom stuff with cheese, Bhutte da Kabab & Shahi panner seek. In the main course go for Achari Alo Masala, Panner Khurchan, Pindi-Da Chana, Veg Bhuna Masala, Dal Tadkewali along with Assorted Bread basket. Other food must try is Neer Dosa, Appam with Mix Vegetable Gassi. Their Chinese cuisine food is also very delicious. Overall my experience was good. Staff is courteous.
We are there with family for my wife's birthday celebrations, and it was really beautiful and awesome experience.
This restaurant is the right place to go to on a weekday if one wants a quiet atmosphere, spacious place and good food. Have been to this place a couple of times, once in the afternoon and once at night on business meetings. It's not easy to find the restaurant, though, and the road to the main Ambrosia gate from the restaurant is not lit well at night and doesn't give a good feeling.
It's been quiet a long time that i have visited Ambrosia, but it will always be my favourite place when comes to ambience . Its beautiful, calm and welcoming especially in the evening. Dimly lit and aromatic, very good hospitality. Food is equally good on taste and proportion. Started with Masala Papad and tandoori platter, mains we had Paneer Tikka, Veg Bhuna along with Naan, concluded with Jeera Rice. Consistency of the gravy is good, neatly served, nice crockery giving a complete Fine Dine experience. Highlight of the entire dinner came out to be the desserts, started with one and ended with three. 1st MALAI KULFI, as the summer is drooling this is a savior, amazing taste with spread of dry fruits, a neatly presented dish. 2nd CARAMEL PUDDING, soft and perfectly sweet , making you to go on n on eating. 3rd MANGO SMOOTHIE when its summer how can you miss eating mango anywhere and everywhere. A thick and fresh mango pulp with dices of mango a mint for colour. Amazing experience. Great hospitality
