A softly lit patio features pretty cabanas to cosy up in while sipping a glass of fine wine as lilting music regales you. There is also a smattering of high bar stools and the star of the show – the live grills section – on one end of the space. This is the only place in town where you can customise your own barbecue meal with your choice of ‘fall-off-the-bone’ tender meat (pick from a wide variety, ranging from pink salmon, lobster, stuffed chicken breast and lamb chops to tenderloin and pork bratwurst) tossed in and coated with any sauce you fancy – options range from chimichuri and jalapeño basil to Jamaican jerk and Thai bird eye, with each one being as well-spiced and textured as the other.
Ignite Bar and Grill are composed of young, energetic, warm and very friendly staff. It’s an outdoor area and very relaxing place to go to, after a full day at work. The Bar and Grill has so much excellent food and drink to choose from, prepared carefully by Bar staff and chefs. I would like to point out the family like services, the hospitality, the friendship provided by “Moi” (1️⃣), “Shivam”, “Rahul”, “Pooja” - the best combination of staff. The same goes to “Sachin” - senior mixologist (I am always amazed how he prepared the orders on his special way with TLC”, “Satpal” (Whom i always asked to surprise me with his own mocktail creation outside the Menu and it always turned out refreshing ), “Tushan” (on training yet I can see how passionate he is to learn, I saw how he improved from the first day I met him to my last day), “Jojo” and “Rohan” always around to greet the guest at Ignite - well done Jo and Rohan. Of course “Chef Vikki” of Ignite - he promised me he’ll prepare a nice meal and he did “Lobster Thermidor” for me- he showed me how it’s done and personally ensure that I am happy with the cooking. Also on my last day, I visited Ignite to say farewell and I was surprised because the staff (Rohan, Sachin, Satpal, Shivam, Tushan and other staff, also joined by Chef Panna) prepared a special cocktail for me ❤️❤️❤️😍😘 taste great and honestly I am touched. That was so sweet of all of you!! Thank you 🙏 I won’t ever forget you all at Ignite.
I stayed at the courtyard Marriott for 2 weeks and often went to the restaurant outside, Ignite, for dinner and I couldn't speak highly enough of the food, staff, service, atmosphere and overall experience myself and my colleague had. Rahul in particular was fantastic and looked after our every need after our hard day's work. Thanks to the Ignite team and thanks to Rahul!!

This year on 1st September, the casual evening outdoor lounge at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi has introduced a new age menu with a regional twist. Honoring the name, the focus is still on grilled recipes which surely will ignite one's sense. Why should you visit Ignite - Bar & Grill? At Ignite - Bar & Grill finest talents are whipping your fantastic meal and there is nothing stopping you from ordering your third batch of Tandoori Kukkad while overlooking the chefs in action. If you're coming here by yourself, you can sit at the bar, order a cocktail or beer and any of the starters, and walk out with a better worldview than you had 60 minutes earlier. But the best way to experience this restaurant is to come with people and order a lot. What's on the menu? Ignite - Bar & Grill has plenty of healthy choices to choose from. Ranging from hearty Buddha Bowl varieties to a number of vegan options to local favorites likes Vada Pav and Misal. The Truffle popcorn and the Masala Makhana could be an addictive snack while you place your order from an iPad. The Ignite Cheese platter clearly indicates the standards of cooking followed at Ignite - Bar & Grill. You get almost all the varieties of cheese along with cheese crackers and nuts. The Buddha Bowls sets Ignite - Bar & Grill apart from others. The Vegan Buddha Bowl has Masala Quinoa, ragi khichadi, mascarpone cream, and some potato crisps. This is their greatest hit and it's the first dish you should order when you eat here. For non-vegetarians the Pork and Brick Seared Chicken versions are available. The Palak Paneer Burger, though can't be compared with Non-veg burgers, is a decent bite to have and has got enough flavors to keep you holding the slider till you finish it. If you are one of those who will have Misal anytime and anywhere, then go for the Sweet Potato Misal which has chickpeas in it and is served with a bajra pav. Totally a vegan option. Executive Chef Rounak Kinger uses freshly sourced and handpicked ingredients in making almost everything and the best example of this could be seen in a Salad bowl. Locally produced bocconcini, micro-greens, tomatoes, and olives are mixed in a bowl with smoked basil oil for a healthy dose. The dessert options are tempting and the Donut Ice Cream Sandwich could be a great choice. Other options are 'Ignite' hand grenade where the grenade would have been awesome had it been filled with oozing chocolate and Chuski Chai popsicles which were served in a chai glass but were frozen too much to get a taste of anything. I’ve spent countless times there by now. They have great staff, great drinks, and a great food menu. The staff is attentive and tries to fulfill every wish you have and make your stay perfect. The drinks and the barkeepers are excellent and this place is a great start into a fun night. The food from the BBQ is tasty and awesome. I would love to eat there every day. Seriously! It really good!
We were here on Saturday night it was amazing experience food was awesome and we had best cooktai had in ignite... The cocktail made by Sachin was superb.. Appreciate the service give me Rahul and Rohan excellent food made by chef.. keep it. Chef Panna made me food excellent.. thank you
