  • Skip the regular naans and kulchas, and give their mildly sweet sheermal or saffron and rose water-flavoured taftan a whirl
  • The food menu features gems from the northern-west frontier such as a lip-smacking 'Tandoori Bater' (unusual spices like Reshampatti chillies, black cardamom, fennel and star anise seeped into the tender flesh of quail) and the 'Shikampuri Kabab' (soft minced baby mutton cakes)

As a tangerine-to-purple sunset softens the crisp evening breeze, sip on their signature cocktail Sciroco, which is the heady French vodka Ciroc infused with the refreshing notes of cranberry, lime and mint. If you are in the mood to celebrate, a tall flute of their bittersweet champagne cocktail would be your best bet. For mains, their Lahori nalli – which comes garnished with crunchy fried cashew nuts and topped off with saffron and fresh cream – prompts your taste buds to do a little happy dance.
